Order a triple butter burger with MKP. This place has really gone down hill. Sadly will add to my list of do not buy.

Every time I go to this specific Culver’s, I end up regretting it. Orders are almost always wrong, the food never tastes fresh—either being cold or seeming like its been sitting out all day—and the staff isn’t particularly helpful or pleasant to interact with.

In our most recent trip, one of us ordered a Root Beer float, which was then made with Diet Coke. Another one of us ordered a single scoop of custard, and I’ll just let you be the judge on if you’d pay $4 for that same single scoop (see the attached image). For the same $4, you could just drive down the road to a different shop and get half a pint of ice cream.

It’s a real shame this Culver’s is run the way it is, because I usually love Culver’s 🙁

If you’re going to call it a butter burger, it needs to be more buttery.
Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed for sure. Burgers were dry. The whole experience was just a flop. The line to order was extremely unorganized. The bacon was forgotten on BOTH of our burgers. The cheese curd man in glasses was kind of creepy.
But you know what? All this would have been easy to overlook if the burgers were good… they were not. I guess midwesterners prefer bland, dry food.
The ice cream wasn’t bad though, but it also wasn’t any better than other fast food ice cream places.
Skip this place or bring some butter from home to moisten things up a bit.

We love culvers! Really good food, ice cream, cheese curds! The food is good, when they get it right. This last time, my burger only covered about 2/3rds of the bun. Disappointing

I’ve had much better services. Other Culver’s restaurants ordered two small hot fudge sundaes barely a third of the cup was filled.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with a missing bite… was it taste tested before it was delivered?

Extremely rude staff was yelling at a gentleman today who never got his drive thru order brought out. Of course he’s complaining, you failed. Apologize and take care of him, don’t yell at him and act like you all didn’t just pull old food out from behind a register 5 minutes after telling him you don’t have an order. Disgusting treatment by your staff
