I placed a curbside order and waited for over 20 minutes while at least 15 cars in the drive thru were served. I got tired of waiting finally and went around to the drive thru to let them know and was blamed for not being in my spot, even though I had been sitting in my spot for 20 minutes. My food was cold so I know it was sitting there for a while. I asked them to remake it and got attitude. When they brought my food out after 30 minutes the 2nd time it was missing food and my fries are still cold. I will drive out of my way to not come to this one next time

I realize it’s McDonald’s so I’m not expecting 5 star service but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that a simple double cheeseburger has the correct items on it. Forget the fact that it was old, cold and looked like it had been ran over. I took it back in to request the pickles that should’ve been on it. I was polite and you’re getting a star because the employee asked if I wanted them to make a fresh one which I wasn’t even looking for. I literally would’ve settled for a couple of pickles in my hand. So I get the “fresh” burger (still old and cold) with 1 pickle smooshed into the bun as if I had asked for the world. Employee said “oh, sorry.” No offer to fix it again. No offer to refund. Nothing. Needless to say, I could only assume they had messed with my food so I told them they could keep it and I walked out. Never again. Much better food and service at Culver’s and other places for the same price, if not less. You guys are pushing for $20/hr and you don’t even deserve the $13.73/hr minimum wage. I bet the response to this is to go to a link and tell them about it when it’s right here to read but they won’t because they don’t care and figure most people won’t do it anyways. Just keep raising prices, lowering quality and service standards and care less if someone complains. Great business model!!

Every time I go there, I never get the right thing. I’ve never been to a worst McDonald’s.. Educate your people and give the people what they order. Always have to wait on simple orders. You guys suck level up for the price you guys start to charge.

I was in this parking lot waiting for food for over 35 minutes when it was definitely not busy. I was post procedure and just wanted a burger. I went in and they tried to tell me they already gave me my food. Then they tried to hand me cold food that clearly had been sitting there for 30 minutes, I could feel the food was cold through the bag. Then I asked to talk to the manager and she says “oh my mom.” THE MANAGER then escalated the situation raising her voice at me. I might have been upset but I’m capable of basic respect and there was zero reason to respond this heated. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, I’m not sure why she couldn’t hear me share with her how bad the service was for just 2 minutes of her time. She was happy to point out what I had said to “her daughter” though (unimportant) and the manager’s military history when I pointed out that she was not helping. Clearly a straight jump to defensiveness and I’m not sure what’s with the weird family dynamic but it’s unprofessional as hell. This might be my worst experience yet in fast food which is impressive.

Ordered at the drive thru. Didn’t receive half my order. They took my bag back inside. Handed it back and the manager working the front told me “it was in there when I handed it to you “! So, I ate 2 last fries and a cheeseburger while I was setting at the window. She turned and walked away. The gentleman working the window apologized for her actions and told me I could come in and speak to the other manager. Sounds to me like she needs to go before she ruins the good help they do have!

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s off and on for at least 6 months because I work across the way o gotta say there is no other place that can have that bad of service. Also the very unhygienic manger Ryan has all his priorities wrong and sucks at his job that guy definitely needs to go.

I placed a mobile order at this location at 3:53 PM and arrived at 4:00 PM for curbside pickup. After waiting 10 minutes with no sign of my order, I went inside to check. This wasn’t my first disappointing experience here—on a previous visit a month ago, my order was “lost” after waiting 20 minutes.

When I went inside this time, the store was in terrible condition. The floors were muddy, and the kitchen area visible from the counter looked filthy. Even another customer asked the cashier to clean the coffee pot because it was visibly dirty.

While the cashier wasn’t rude, he clearly lacked any sense of urgency or customer care. He spent long stretches just standing around while customers were trying to get assistance. After another 20 minutes, I finally got his attention and noticed my order—sitting on the counter the entire time—was missing an item. When he called to the kitchen, staff started arguing about whether it had already been made instead of simply fixing the issue.

To make matters worse, another customer and I both saw a kitchen worker touch his visibly greasy bald head with the same gloved hand he was using to handle food. At that point, I demanded a refund, but they refused, saying mobile orders couldn’t be refunded at the store. I left disgusted, without my food, and with zero confidence in the cleanliness or management of this location.

Every order I’ve ever received from this location has had issues—missing items, food made incorrectly, or food that was cold to the touch. I do not recommend anyone come to this location.

STOP LETTING SICK EMPLOYEES WORK. When I pulled in I saw an employee coughing and hacking up something outside before returning inside. I was already hesitate to order then another employee on the speaker sounded sick because they were coughing as they were taking my order. I get to the window and as they are accepting my payment, I kid you not, wipe their hand across their nose. To seal the deal my fries were cold and did not taste right. This is the last time I’m eating out ever again. I can’t trust how others prepare my food

The food was stale and cold nasty and gross also found a hair in my sandwich.The workers weren’t doing nothing but on they’re phone and they forgot my fries when I went back to get my fries they were cold they didn’t even have no cars so the food should’ve been fresh never going back to this location ever. Money wasted don’t recommend going here unless you wanna waste your money .
