This has to be the worst location in the city. Today we went through the drive thru for a Big Mac meal. There was one car at the drive thru speaker, so I thought it would be quick. I was horribly wrong. There were about 8 cars ahead of us in line in total as we saw past the speaker and it took 24 minutes from the time we pulled up until the time we got our food. It was about 4:20 in the afternoon, not what I would consider the dinner rush yet. People were leaving the line and I would have/should have. It took over 20 minutes from placing my order. And this is not the first time. There did not appear to be a rush of people inside either. If you can, go somewhere else. It would be faster to drive to powers, get food there, and drive back.

Had a mobile order in drive thru and was then directed to park and wait in space 3 along with 3 other cars for 10 minutes when there were no other cars in line behind us. Once home, opened my 4 count nugget box and it was filled with thousand island dressing (see pic) and no nuggets. On top of it all my QP burger was cold and not very good. Hey McD’s Corp HQ….this location may need some attention and needs to do better. We will not be going back for some time as a result of this debacle…..
Update! Thought I’d go back and give the close by McDonald’s another chance since they blew it last time. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told “Sorry we’re out of fries tonight”. Needless to say that was the last straw. I left and won’t be going back. Do better…..

Worst McDonalds I have been to. They have slow service, messed up my order four different ways and will not answer their phone.
1. They didnt include my 20 piece nuggets
2. My daughters cheeseburgers with pickles came plain and burnt.

People are almost always friendly here and the food is most always fine, I’ll give them that, but that doesn’t make up for paying for food that comes with a serving of hair. Sure I can go back and get my money back or a new meal but who the heck wants to do that all over again. I should not have to pullover before leaving to make sure my food has no hair, I already do that to check that all my items are there. I get y’all are busy but just slow down and leave the hair out next time please, that’s gross.

We don’t usually go inside a McDonald’s but went in today. Scott was working in the dining room and greeted us immediately. He continued to provide excellent service and was always in a good mood, even when talking to rude customers. I did not expect to run into such a kind worker. Food was hot and tasted how it should. Scott is a real one.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing staff at this McDonald’s! My daughter stopped by today to grab a drink and some fries, but for some reason her card wouldn’t go through, even though she had plenty of money in her account. The manager and cashier were both so kind and patient while trying to figure it out. Instead of making her feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, they handled the situation with complete kindness and understanding—and even offered her the snack for free. That simple act of generosity truly made her day. It’s rare to see that level of empathy and customer care, and it meant so much. Thank you for showing what great service and kindness look like!

Hate the redesign. It’s very anti-customer. You can’t get anyone’s attention if there’s an issue with the kiosk. It’s always filthy, they get my order wrong more often than not. I literally only go here for my kid and most of the time I tell him no. There are a handful of friendly employees. That’s the best I can say about this place.

Ordered at 6:49pm and didn’t receive our order till 7:20. For two Cokes, two fries, four cheese burgers and one happy meal. The employees in the back were much more concerned with socializing with their friends who came in than helping other customers. We had to remind them that we even had an order, as they completely ignored us till we asked. Very unprofessional and poor service and will definitely not return and will warn others to not frequent there as well.
