Like most people, I have ate McDonald’s more times than I can count. I think I found the one with the worst fries of all time. Cold, soggy and lifeless, they are just plain awful. Last time my wife stopped at this location, her and the kids drinks were only about 3/4s full. She contacted corporate after the employees refused to top them off and got no response. I guess we learned our lesson and won’t be coming back to this location, if they are not going to bother following up with complaints anyways. We are not going to bother ordering there again then. They make the half competent location here in Baxter Springs look like geniuses

I tried calling over 10 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. We got 2 orders of 6 piece nuggets. Opened the boxes to feed my kids and I noticed they were burnt looking and smelled like maple syrup. I tasted them and they had a smokey flavor and they weren’t totally cooked – the outside was mushy underneath. Also the employees didn’t even look at me when taking my card or handing out my food – not a great environment or experience.

lady taking orders through the drive through seemed incredibly inconvenienced. didn’t let us finish ordering. also ordered a iced caramel coffee and was given something so atrocious i quite literally almost threw up. actually tasted like sour cream and rotten milk. i was given a replacement and told that it may not be any different than the first one. worst mcdonald’s in the area.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst. The cashier was rude and apparently did NOT want to work. The food was cold – literally. A half a pickle on the burger and extra onions apparently means no onions. They said that food will get cold on the drive. We were 2 buildings down! This is not my first time at McDonald’s – I know how long it takes before food gets cold! Finally, a partial refund was given and we were shorted $5! What a hassle and a bad experience!! A simple meal for a cute boo bucket turned into a headache.

Fries were so fresh and hot! Love that because at almost every other mcdonald’s i’ve been to i was told “ we are waiting on the fries “ and they were cold. My here!! Anyways an older lady named Karen gave us our food and she was very polite and warned us about the curb that would “eat us”. 10/10 best McDonald’s i’ve been to in a while

Okay dude straight up this was a real clean McDonald’s I was really impressed to be honest. The food was good and what shocked me the most was the customer service it was top notch. Normally whenever I go to McDonald’s I expect the minimum which is kind of which is kind of rude to say but it’s the truth in many ways but this one was a breath a fresh air. If you’re in the area pay them a visit because I know when I am I will be.

Ordered online from the hotel next door and the doors are locked at 5:30 am supposed to be open at 5 am can’t pick up my order no one at the store at open. Manager finally showed up and refused to refund my order. Almost $20 dollars in food gone and my money not returned. Says my order was picked up when it wasn’t. Stole from by McDonalds.

This location has been terrible every time I’ve been. The employees are very rude and the place is always dirty. The last time I went was in October 29th I ordered breakfast in the app as I was finishing up my shopping across the street got over there waited in a long drive through line for 30 minutes, finally got to the speaker afew minutes BEFORE 10:30 gave her my order code, plus I had already placed my order online and paid. Soon as I got to the window she was very rude instantly for no reason and said they couldn’t make my order because it was after breakfast hours. I just said give me a refund and I’ll go somewhere else, she said it had already been canceled. After I waited well over 30 minutes IN LINE! so I had to leave without the breakfast I had PAID for and used some points on and never got any of it refunded like the rude employee said it would be, she didn’t even offer to substitute for something else they were in the middle of shift a change at that time and she just wanted to leave! I used points on the order as well they were NEVER REFUNDED! I do not recommend anyone stopping here they’ll just rip you off, go to sonic, the gas station, Dennys, sams club or anywhere but here!
