Had to rush with my work schedule. Picked up some food. Kinda went thru the drive thru fast. Got the food and by the time I pulled on the road, reached in and everything I was supposed to easy was cold. Who orders fries to be cold to the touch. Could go back due to work schedule. So I took time out my day to run to your company for a meal and thrown it all right away once I made it back to the office. Thank you all so much for wasting my time, money, gas. Congratulations

i had placed an order on the app and when we came through the drive through to pick it up they made us wait 5 mins just for them to close. they wouldn’t even open the window the tell us she just gave us a sarcastic thumbs down and walked away laughing. we wouldn’t have ordered if the app hadn’t let us and didn’t know they closed at one. wouldn’t even had been mad had she of opened the window and explained but she walked

My family and I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s. We ordered two cheeseburgers with the meat on the side, because our son doesn’t eat the meat but we still pay full price and use it separately. Instead of simply putting the patty in a wrapper on the side, the staff didn’t understand the request and tried to charge us an extra $3 just to do that. It took five different employees at the window to figure out why the system did that.
When we got our order, one sandwich was correct, but the other had only ketchup and a piece of meat inside — no cheese, nothing else. When we tried to hand it back, the employee told us they can’t take food back and to keep it, and that they would fix it.
Then a man in a suit came to the window, and he was extremely unhelpful and completely lacked empathy. He demanded the food back, even though we were told to keep it, and then “fixed” the sandwich but still did not give us the meat on the side that we paid for.
On top of that, the woman taking our order forgot to add a small Sprite for our son. When we told them at the second window, they said we would have to go inside and order it separately, and that “it shouldn’t be too long.”
Overall, this was the most unprofessional and disorganized McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Between the confusion, rude attitude, and incorrect order, it was beyond disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so other families don’t experience the same thing.

I would give negative stars if it would allow me to. Workers are too busy standing in the lobby playing with someones kids to do their job. Stood for 10 minutes waiting for BBQ sauce for my son and had to eat cold food.

We came in to order breakfast. We normally don’t eat it at mcdonald’s but we wanted to give it a try this morning. We stood in line several minutes without anybody acknowledging us. My husband went to the pickup window and asked if anybody was working front. A manager came out with long dark hair in a ponytail and wore a solid sweater. She proceeded to write us for being impatient.Because as we could see they were short staffed. How we were supposed to know that I have no idea. They were working the drive through , and nobody was running around frantically, just ignoring the growing line in the lobby. My husband told her that they were just working on the drive through , and nobody had come out to the front. She said, getting no, we’re not.We are working the front , i’m here. When when she continued to argue , my husband looked at me and said , let’s go. She proceeded to tell us that she was glad we were leaving because she didn’t want to work with rude people anyway. My husband said excuse me. And she said you heard me. Which I did and my husband what she said. Professionalism? I think not. And, of course, corporate didn’t care.

Sat at the drive thru as cars that just pulled up got asked their order and I didn’t get asked. Had a mobile order so it was literally easy. Girl at pay window was rude like I was bothering her. Get to the order and they hand me a drink, no straw and have me pull up for my order. I did. Why if you pulled me up would you serve me cold, soggy fries? You could have given fresh, you had time. Burger was alright. Bacon was burnt. Still received no straw or napkins. Worst experience and they haven’t been great the last few times so to top them is saying something.

Normally I won’t post anything bad , bc I work in a restaurant, but my bf stopped and got him something to eat after work , and it was around 10:00 p.m . They didn’t make his food right , so we went back around , had to wait in line , got his order and got home and he took a couple bits and the hamburger was raw. He said he has had so much trouble out of the 2nd shift workers when he orders , they never get it right

Stopped here today for something quick to eat. Service was fast, staff was very friendly and the food was a 10/10. Its rare to get fresh food now days but today was my lucky day.

The worst…. Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:00 get there and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building to the road, went inside to pick up my order and they would not give it to me and said that it was placed for drive thru so it had to be picked up in drive thru. Fine… Went back to the drive thru line and got to the speaker at 10:25 when the rude, incompetent worker decided to inform me that they ran out of breakfast. I said mam the order was placed at 10:00 am u did not run out of breakfast at 10:00 am. I told her I wanted a refund of course she could not give me one. So I was charged for breakfast that I never received and never got !!! All we got was our time wasted.. Awesome work !!
