I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited for 30 mins for 3 holiday pies. No one was in line, customer service was absolute garbage. This McDonald’s has really went downhill. It used to be the better one, not now. Seems like employees have been changed. They need more training or retrained! Oh also, I didn’t even receive the correct amount of pies when they finally decided to bring them.

Every time I go, and yes it’s late, they NEVER have mcflurries. Their machine is always down for cleaning. Unfortunate. However this time, I ordered chicken nuggets and in the correct box, I got 5 hamburger Pattie’s ONLY. Not sure what was going on that night.

Quick drive through experience and friendly girl at the speaker. Fries were lukewarm. We ordered a McChicken with ketchup and pickles…we received a hamburger with pickles instead, which worked out in my favor because my cheeseburger had half a pickle on it. The sandwich was replaced and the kind manager gave us two stamp card things so that when we buy 9 more sandwiches we get one free. ♀️ It is what it is. Thankful the sandwich was replaced and “coupons “ given.

This place just had the audacity of making me wait me 40 minutes in the drive thru…for fast…food. only to short me a whole meal for my kids and want to know the funny part? They hired someone that apparently is encapaple of properly making a sandwich giving my wife a chicken sandwich with only a top bun. Also for future reference a 10 piece should include 10 chicken nuggets. Yall should be ashamed…very ashamed.

Went through drive thru and ordered. Everything was fine until I started eating the fries were extremely old so I only ate a few. Then I opened up my sandwich and it was so greasy the box was soaked. I took a bite and it tasted straight like grease. So I’m having to throw it away as well. What a waste!!!!
