The food was very good. Very authentic. Very spicy and hot too. The butter chicken even had a really nice creaminess and depth of flavor. However, the service was just off. I was asked 4 times to leave a google review, once by the server holding an NFC tag at me. Also, no refills on soda which is annoying at $3 a piece. I’m open to change my review after going to the lunch buffet, but for dinner I think this would be excellent take out.

While traveling from Houston to New Mexico, I stopped there for lunch with my family and I was impressed with the buffet food . Butter Naan , Garlic naan , Butter chicken was awesome. Other non vege items were good. Vegetarian items (as per my wife) was 3 out of 5.
Service was very nice. Worth stopping.

Extremely surprised by the amazing food we had. I did not expected authentic taste but it was very authentic and refreshing. The bhindi fry and naan very extremely good. It’s rare to find this good bhindi and naan in USA.

The food was okay overall—decent flavors and good portions, but nothing that really stood out for me. Service was fine and the place was clean. I’d give it a 7/10 and wouldn’t mind coming back to try other dishes.

I frequent every Indian restaurant in town. Figured I’d try a new one and was not disappointed. Wasn’t planning for a buffet but was greeted with a smile and offered a look at the buffet before I decided. For entrees I tried the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and chili chicken and all were very well seasoned and tasteful. The buffet was missing spice, I asked the waiter if anything on the line was spicy, he stated no due to most that visit didn’t want spicy. He offered me a mango spice mix that blew my mind! This restaurant is a must try and immediately moved to the top of my Indian cuisine list for Amarillo

Great food and attentive servers. It’s our first time trying Indian Food and was surprised with the quality and selection they have for their lunch buffet. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday, we visited Sai Indian Cuisine, a family-owned and operated restaurant, and had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious. As vegetarians, we were happy to find everything we wanted on the menu, and the staff even customized a curry to match our taste and preferences. The hospitality was warm, and the authentic flavors exceeded our expectations and cravings. This is definitely one of the best places to visit for authentic Indian food, and we’ll surely be coming back on our way back from Colorado.

Fantastic! Courteous, friendly service, quiet and comfortable atmosphere and the food was outstanding.
We started with Idli (steamed buns) as an appetizer — it would make a wonderful lunch by itself, as the 4 buns are served with 2 curries plus a wonderful lintel soup. We then ordered 3 different vegetarian dishes and garlic naan. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
