First time trying Wendy’s in a long time, it didn’t disappoint. The service is a bit weird, because my name wasn’t on the TV when I arrived. The bathroom was clean, squeaky clean! The food tastes really nice, gotta love the drink assortments. Little kids and babies were kind of loud, but that’s what you should expect from some babies. So overall, really nice Wendy’s, first time trying, and will definitely order more Wendy’s! Would rate 4.5 if I could.

“Boneless” chicken nuggets had a bone in them… Saturday night, nobody else in drive-thru line, service was fine, made it home and saved these precious 10pc nuggets for last(finishing my 2 Jr Bacons first). I got through 2-3 nuggets just fine, then BAM crunched into a bone. 1/5 Food, Service 5/5, Atmosphere 1/5 because I like my atmosphere/lungs without bones. Now I get to question every boneless item I order… Betrayed by the nuggies..

Frostys and frys from Wendy’s is the only thing from Wendy’s that I personally have ever really cared for from Wendy’s.. . They fry were hot and fresh and the frosty were just perfectly soft but still frozen .. They are very quick to make you feel seen and valued as a customer when you first walk in the door.. they welcomed us and asked us to take our order very promptly and patiently when we got to the counter.. and the price was more expensive than I think its really worth going out for but what isn’t too expensive anymore . However it was reasonable compared to other places I have been lately for sure.. I think we might stop in for another frosty sometime in the next year or so if we end up in the neighborhood when we are in the mood for it sometime ..

I don’t know who it was that was causing it, but while we were in line for food, a woman brought her burger back up saying there was a hair in it. (A very obvious hair was in the burger the employees seemed to see it instantly) when we got our food i made sure my boyfriend checked his burger and there was definitely a hair stuck in it. Two burgers in a row is crazy, I would have gone it but he had lost his appetite. That definitely needs to be addressed and fixed, who knows how many others had hair.

The past 3 times have gone here, all within the past couple months, I have paid for sauce. As per their new policy. They haven’t given ANY sauces. Not even the ones included in the meals. The food is mid as always, but prices go up, surcharges go up. This place sucks, they clearly don’t pay any attention to the orders.

They’re quick, and the staff has always been positive. They have a great meal deal on the menu called “Biggie Bags”. Ranging from $5 to $7, these bags come with a burger of choice between chicken and beef, all come with medium fries, 4 chicken nuggets, and a medium drink! Perfect for when you’re in a pinch for a filling meal, especially if you have kids. This is my go-to!

Frequent customer of Wendy’s in my area however tonight I visited Albany and ordered 2 burgers and both were undercooked I am not sure if I a was supposed to specify that I did not want raw meat. The friends I am visiting told me the reason why they never go to Wendy’s is because 90% of the time their burgers came rare and undercooked for their liking . Frosty seem to be shrinking but still delicious . I’m not willing to risk my health for improperly cooked food. Next visit when I want icecream with my meal I will go to dairy Queen up the road
