Crab Station Walnut Dallas is truly my favorite seafood restaurant! The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect place to sit, chat, and relax with friends or family. The service is quick, attentive, and the staff is very friendly.
The food here is absolutely flawless. Every dish is well-seasoned, delicious, and cooked to perfection. If you know how to choose the right dishes, the menu offers a variety of options that are both filling and reasonably priced.
Here are some of my favorite dishes:
– Killer Calamari: USD 12.45 – Crispy fried calamari, absolutely irresistible.
– New England Lobster Roll: USD 25.95 – Perfectly crafted lobster roll with amazing flavors.

Happy hour was definitely not happy at this place. I went here for oysters but was never told that it only applied to 1/2 dozen. The girl told me that I had to order 2 separate orders instead of a full dozen to get the happy hour price. I will definitely NOT come back ever again. You will rue this day Crab Station.

I had a crab boil which was good enough but not my favorite flavor EVER, but still GOOD. My mom and best friend had unseasoned fried food that my best friend even took back. Tee was an excellent server and was super cool, she accommodated all our needs, apologized and reassured us the food usually doesn’t have that problem. Great server and cool atmosphere

I’ve visited several Crab Station locations over the years and have never had an issue, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. The customer service at the Walnut Hill location was easily the worst I’ve encountered.
The employee working there had a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude. It genuinely felt like helping customers was a burden to him. Basic hospitality and courtesy were completely missing, which is surprising for a restaurant that normally provides a much better experience.
I actually chose to leave this location and drive all the way to the Addison location rather than continue dealing with that level of service. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when they’re simply trying to order food.
Management may want to seriously reconsider who they have representing their business at this location. One employee with a bad attitude can ruin the reputation that other locations work hard to maintain.

I had the 1lbs shrimps boiled headless with extra Shazam sauce, I did not know how spicy it was and the sauce was too sweet. I would try it again with a milder sauce next visit.
Services were good, the waitress was attentive, she warned me how spicy it was but I figured I can handle it. She even offered to make a new order of shrimp free of charge with a milder sauce.
Atmosphere could have been better, music was good and the place is not too loud.

I’ve gone to this location for years now, but we had never had any issues until today 2/1/2026 @ 5pm. The food was good as usual just a little cold but because our server took a while to bring it and her service was HORRIBLE! If I could give her 0 stars I would! It was a young African American woman who never went to check on us. When bringing out our food she would just throw it on our table. Her body language and service was just disgusting. She must definitely needs more training!

This place is very different. Must be under new management. The dirty rice recipe is completely changed- not good at all. The boil felt a bit overcooked and the flavor just didn’t penetrate the shrimp like it used to.

The food was seasoned and came out quickly. We ordered the spicy calamari, garlic noodles with sausage, and the catfish and shrimp mix and match. The spicy calamari seasoned well and tasted pretty good. However, I am not a fan of calamari steak cuts. I prefer the natural form of rings. The shrimp was seasoned well. However, the catfish had the “fishy” taste. My spouse had the garlic noodles and noted they tasted great, and the garlic wasn’t overpowering. Our drinks were very good and the service was prompt.

We loved our experience! Our waiter was top tier, my bf margarita was on point, my lychee sangria was ok. I’ve had better sangrias. Our food was amazing flavor wise and the portions were large. We got the medium bags a piece which are good for 4 people but we are seafood LOVERS lol. We had enough left over for the next day. The oysters were good.
