I used Door Dash to order from this Krystal location which was 2.4 miles from the hotel I am staying at. The food was VERY cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and it all tasted disgusting. I threw it in the trash and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone eating this garbage!

Flew in from Seattle on personal business. My son suggested Krystal’s so we stopped in for a bite. Excellent customer service and the food was hot & fresh. The chili-cheese fries were pretty darn good. This location was nice & clean. Restrooms need a little work but overall this location is nice. I’ll be back! G

I was told when I moved here to ATL that the customer service sucks at restaurants. I refuse to think that until I saw on myself tonight. So it is Thursday August 15, 2024. At the drive-through was the so-called manager Brown skin chick with braids. I told her I’m the drive-through that I just wanted to catch up and she’s on my crystal only. I do realize that Crystal was sometimes have a little flakes of onion on your sandwich because they cook with onions. I’m aware of it, but when I got my sandwich this is what it looked like. In a nice way, I asked the young lady about it and she was ready to tell me that they cook with onions as if there was no way around it. When I tried to speak, she told me to let her speak. Her customer service was awful. She wouldn’t let me talk so I just asked for my money back. With customer service all she had to do was correct it But she was ready to make her point. For her to be be a manager and to act that way is absurd. Please put this lady through training again. Definitely not a good look for the company.

My husband stopped in real quick. I stayed in the car with the teenager and the younger child. I ran in to use the restroom as well. When I walked in, 3 employees and my husband were in a yelling match. My husband got his $ back for food he’d ordered. Why am I walking in to this? Typical for ATL, “restrooms out of order”. Apparently he asked if both restrooms were out of order. An employee snapped at him. He didn’t recieve that attitude very well. So they all got loud with cussing, insults etc. Its too bad we love Krystal when we visit family in the South.
