Jill was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. STAPLER IN MY OMELETTE!! i doordashed my order and i called the manager and they didn’t care at ALL!! it wasn’t from the bag, the stapler was literally inside the omelette and i didnt see it, only when i felt it in my mouth. GO TO ANY OTHER CONEY ISLAND!! THESE MANAGERS SO SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Just ordered this on Grubhub, I cannot blame Grubhub for this order. This was completely nationals fault. Ughhhh I’m sooo mad and there’s nothing I can do but make this review. Is it me or are people just not giving a crap about there jobs? I ordered a soup and a chili, this is how they came? And of course I was charged full price. Wth, lazy people! So can not stand this National… Food is yuck and obviously service is horrible too. Seriously these were half full, I opened it and this is what I saw! Arrrghhhh

The waitress older blonde looks like she works the street with those nails, was absolutely awful. She was sitting at the counter a lot while our drinks were empty the whole time. She brought my son a half a cup of orange juice and said no refills. I told her the cup was half full she said because of the foam. She forgot my toast then brought it in Togo tin foil. I asked for a Togo coke because I finished mine before the food came and she brought me an empty cup. She was well aware my glass was empty I thought it was a joke. My wife asked for another raspberry tea she told me they were out I feel like they could have took it off the bill. Would never come back.

Ordered breakfast and had it delivered via GrubHub, no problem with the delivery(was my 1st time). I really wanted a good Farmers Omelet, which I ordered along with Hashbrowns and Rye Toast(didn’t receive). Very disappointed in the Omelet, couldn’t have been any flatter. Plus the Hashbrowns barely fried up. Also Ordered an egg, sausage, cheese on toast. It would’ve been much better if I made it myself at home. It wasn’t tasty at all. Won’t be ordering from this establishment again!

Be aware to check your food before leaving the premises when ordering pickup!
I ordered our usual big breakfast but last couple of times was a total disaster!
We got half the hasbrowns that we usualy get, super-burned/black on one side and uncooked on the other, the ham looked old, the sausages were carbonized, the sunny-sideup eggs burned on the bottom and both orders the same even tough I asked for over easy for one breakfast and over medium for the seconded one (there’s never a difference between the two) the toast was half burned and butter was lacking on one order!
How can you serve this kind of food to your customers!??? Would you eat that? I don’t think so! You guys just don’t care doing your job right! Very dissapointing!
I called and complained and I was offered food or future discounts but I refused because I don’t want to go back!
