Service was so great! They provided too go cups for shake and pop. Sat at a booth and had the best fries and onion rings. My niece still getting haunted by the oreo shake, lol lemon cake was sublime. Super clean and nice atmosphere.

Ordered the Pig Out Tavern Burger and asked for Swiss versus American. The order came out and American was on burger. I sent order back and they scraped off the American and put Swiss on top. You can taste the American cheese and it ruined my burger. The manager brought the burger back, very shameful they thought this was good customer service when you obviously can see old cheese on patties.
You would think they would bring out new fries when they “fixed” the burger and fries were cold when it came back to the table. We had to request new fries to be made.
The service we had from Javo was lacking, not once offered to fill our drinks up again until he basically brought the check to us.
I will stick to our local location of 1604 and Culebra where service has always been amazing and quality of food is what you’d expect for the price you pay.
Stay away from this location.

The start of our experience here was not so good. We walked in and we waited five minutes to be greeted and be told to wait another 5-10 minutes for a table. The host led us to the table, set the menus on the table and rushed back to the front. I saw that they were short staffed so I didn’t worry too much about it. Our server, Abby, was a delight. She had a large section to herself and she saw us sit and came over to greet us as fast as she could. When she did come over we were ready to order and she took the time to have a small conversation with us. She went over her favorite dishes, how she’s tried Bleu cheese for the first time and now likes it with her food. Such a wonderful personality. With her attitude, Abby is going to do great in the hospitality industry. Our drinks and food came out in good time. I ordered their new cactus flower lemonade. Very sweet and refreshing. Best of all, IT’S BOTTOMLESS. (Free refills) I also tried their new ragin’ Cajun chicken sandwich. This sandwich is all spice! I loved it. Highly recommend getting a side of ranch or Bleu cheese to pour onto it. Very good. Deserts also looked amazing. I didn’t try anything this time but I was very interested in the mountain high mud pie and their new prezel milkshake. Happy hour is between 3-6 on week days. Burgers are $10 on Tuesdays.

Different from all the other times I’ve been there, our service was lacking and altogether ruined our night. We had a special occasion planned for Christmas that we look forward to, and bc our server was flustered and didn’t seem to like his job very much, we weren’t able to execute our annual Christmas tradition. We will definitely be back on another night, with hopefully a different server. The manager, although new, tried to rectify the problem. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun and laid back. One of the best burger places ever!

Trish you are amazing. You were our best manager at Popeyes. And we see you are at Red Robin. They are lucky to have you. We went and had dinner there and ordered some cheese twists it was nice and fresh, and my Cobb salad was fresh and looked beautiful.

Food was mediocre. Service started great, fell off, then kinda came back. Drinks were GREAT. Kids were literally rubbing around chasing each other in the restaurant. Meh, not the best Red Robin. Can’t say I’ve been to a worse one either. Prices weren’t bad.
