& next I was over charged for our mimosa. Did bottle service, $25 – not worth it. No service!! And was charged $7.50 for a shot of vodka that we didn’t get!! (It was a splash of vodka, & oj) It was an extra $1 charge, from menu. And I confirmed with waitress!! With “bottle service” you pick 2 flavors. Again, I confirmed with waitress about charges. It looked like it was $9. So I said so you want me to pick flavors & that’s an extra $18?? No, no… blah blah
When I called and spoke to manager, she did nothing to make things better.(however, manager said we should’ve received a full shot of vodka because that’s what I was charged for!) but again, no resolution. All she said was, I’ll talk to them…
See pictures… after paying $25 for a none bottle service. We get one small shot of juice. & another little shot that that said has vodka in it. Ummmm just juice! But thanks for the extra charge. Horrible customer service, I blame for not fixing it
First time here. Walked in, not sure where I ran into the nice hostes, and she guided me back to the small hostel stand. I asked for a back corner seat where she took me with menue items.3 minutes go by and she brought water to my table.
Review of the menu, all items look great!
12 minutes later, the server came over to take my order. He introduced himself as Tyler.
Bar was filled with people (at firstI was going to sit therebut a woman’spursewas occupying the seat). There is outside seating, which one side was full when I was there.
I ordered an Americano, but Tyler said the machine does not work ☹️. I went with the regular coffee. I then proceeded to order the Bacon and Eggs (scrambled soft) with Country Potatoes and one Pancake. Off David went to place the order. Coffee came back immediately, and coffee was very good and hot!
About 17 minutes later, the food arrived. The food presentation was very appealing. Pancake was large and delicious and probably should put two of the syrup containers with the pancakes. Eggs were cooked as I requested. Home style Potatoes were very good. However, the bacon looked and tasted as if it’s been sitting in a warmer all morning. Should have taken it out the warmer and put on the flat top to try to get some sense of crisp instead of the Soggy texture. Good bacon to serve such a waste.
I ask for an original mimosa. Mimosa came right away. Mimosa was PERFECT. MImosa here is not in a Champagne Flute, but in a Wine Glass filled to the top
You only need one!! Very chilled and can actually taste the even balance of Champagne and Orange Juice!!.
The check arrived, which came to $42.56 plus $10 tip.
Will probably be back with a friend(s) for an update.
The Mimosa House is one of my absolute favorite places for brunch whether it’s with my besties or someone special, it never disappoints!
The food is always amazing and makes me so happy. I highly recommend the Crab Benedict with house potatoes SO good! They also have a great selection of drinks, and the service is always friendly and on point.
There’s even a lovely little park right next to it with rose bushes and a beautiful palm tree, which just adds to the whole experience.
Every visit here is a treat!
I ordered a delicious Dubai chocolate cold brew coffee. I ordered the chocolate elephant which is French toast with peanut butter and chocolate drizzle. It was really good.
Almost everyone had some type of eggs hash, browns and or bacon and sausage. It all was really good. Their sourdough toast was fresh and delicious.
The atmosphere was nice and you could tell that people were enjoying their mimosas cuz everyone was talking a little louder over each other. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely return or visit a different location.
We ordered the Samoan Toasties with the coconut on the side so we could add as much or little as we wanted and they were so good. I got the chocolate elephant French toast, which was loaded with toppings. My friend got the fruity crepe and added a flambeed banana and reported deliciousness.
Rock Cod was delicious. Ordered with extra tartar sauce. Bun to fish was good.
Wait time was longer than expected. Service was spot on.
Would recommend.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided real Menus rather than online ones. Thank you.
The food came out reasonably quick and was hot. The food was well presented and appetizing. It tasted good too.
My complaint was that they gave me a paper straw. They disintegrate in your drink and you can taste the paper.
Cost was a bit high for breakfast food, but it was very good breakfast food. So there is that. Outside seating is great until it rains or the sun beats down on you. The umbrellas at tables outside were far and few between.
Inside of the restaurant is on the smaller side, so they use the outside for larger parties.
Overall we will likely come back but would want a reservation for an inside table so we aren’t rained on.
