Raising Cane’s is simply the best chicken strips anywhere! But Christmas promotion with “A Christmas Story” is AWESOME! Why no one did before is a mystery… Thanks Raising Cane’s!

This place just recently opened in Avon and it was eventful that my friend and I went to try it. We absolutely enjoyed it! The chickens were tender and crispy!! The drink tasted amazing! The staff were quick and charming to interact with. Great placement and environment. Although it was super busy due to its recent opening. I recommend going at nighttime or early when they open to avoid traffic in the line. Although, the food comes out fast. My friend and I also witness outside that they have the real chicken in storage and it was great to know! The bread let’s not talk about it! It is just delicious and everything were savory.

I come to this Raising Canes every weekend. I wish there were more locations, but the drive is worth it for this chicken . The best chicken I’ve ever had paired with my BWW sauces it’s the best!

I don’t usually review chains, but do like to review at least ONE chain for places like this that are everywhere EXCEPT where I’m from – so I’m always excited to try them once.
Of course I have heard about how AMAZING the “Cane’s Sauce” is so I had to see if it was true. We got a combo to try a bit of everything:
Chicken- Love that it is nice thick juicy pieces, love the flaky coating, I DO think it completely lacks seasoning and the to-go containers make the bottom of the chicken fry get soggy.
Sauce – It IS good but oddly also lacking in spice. Mostly just creamy and cold and pairs well with hot crispy chicken. Great to dip the fries/bread as well.
Fries – Simple, good with sauce
Slaw – NOT usually a fan but I did love theirs
Bread -Surprisingly garlicy, excellent, love it is super soft on one side and crispy on the other
Sweet Tea – Ok this is mostly sugar but I’ll say it IS one of the best sweet teas I’ve had.

Chicken and Cane’s sauce is awesome. Always ask for crispy fries and they always just give limp fries! It’s expensive for fast food that you literally have to wait for in a long line.

Had a very disappointing experience with this location. Yesterday, I purchased a meal and discovered that one of the pieces of bread had a bite already taken out of it. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.
I contacted corporate and provided specific details, including the time of purchase, and asked them to review the security cameras. I was told I would receive a follow-up email, but no one has contacted me yet. At this point, it feels like my concern is being ignored.
As a paying customer, I expected better hygiene standards and at least a professional response. This situation has made me question the quality control and customer care at this location.
I hope Raising Cane’s takes this issue seriously and improves both their food handling practices and customer service.

I used to drive 3 hours to Ohio for Raising Canes, to have one in the area is an honor. My first time visiting this location it was lackluster, untoasted, and soggy. The fries were underserved and undercooked. The bread, that beautiful delectable texas toast, only toasted on a single side. The chicken was mildly redeemable but in all it tasted like grief. Chicken, chicken, chicken, I’m not happy with what they are pickin. Canes is known for its consistency, quality and service. However this meal lacked the two of those that have led me to hold it in such high regard.

I don’t understand the hype. Visited the Avon restaurant on a Friday night. We ordered and found a table. When our name was called, I went to pickup from the counter, but not everything was there/ ready. The employee said he would bring the other items to our table so I let him know where our party was seated and took the tray to the table. A few minutes went by and I ended up going back up to the counter to inquire as there were people in the party waiting on their meal, and a different employee had brought food out to another table that ordered after us. The response was, oh, it’s right here I couldn’t find you. Really?
So everyone finally had their food, but it was mediocre at best. Evening tasted of the same oil and the coke machine was out of 2 flavors which can ruin a meal if you’re looking forward to a refreshing drink. Additionally, everythingon the menu is fried, no healthier grilled options exist here.
Ultimately, the experience was negative and probably won’t go back.

Great place for a quick bite. The chicken tenders in my option were a little under seasoned but the Cane’s sauce gave them some good flavor. The staff fast and friendly and worked efficiently considering the large crowd. Over all the food was good if a bit overpriced.
