I was with a buddy and we were the only two people at the counter. He ordered a number three combo and I ordered a burrito supreme with a large drink. When i swiped my card, I thought the total was a little high, but hey, everything is expensive these days. When our order was ready, I had two burrito Supremes. My wife and I order online almost every Friday night for the same thing and they rarely get it right. They are super nice people and the food is good. They just can’t follow simple instructions.

Took a ridiculous amount of time to get food, several people waiting and several employees just standing around. Non communicative staff that looked like they couldn’t be bothered. Multiple people were waiting for food and they just bagged food up and set it aside. You had to lean over the counter to get someone’s attention and ask for your food. Atrocious service. We will not be back.

Came thru the drive thru at 1:15ish, I told the guy my order and instead of telling me my total and having me pull forward, it was just silence. No confirming my order, no telling me what I owe…. silence. After about 3 mins I asked if im able to pull around to the window. I just get a rude “ya”. After getting to the windows (still not knowing what I owe) he just reaches out his hand for my payment…. worst customer service. I get this is fast food and expectations are low, but God forbid you not come into work so high you can’t even speak.

Placed mobile order. Hard taco shells tasted like chemicals and unfortunately everything I ordered had them so I couldn’t eat anything. I call the location tell them I had an issue with my MOBILE order and they tell me I can come in and get a refund. I get back to the restaurant and the same employee I spoke to otp told me I can’t get a refund it had to be through the app. I submit my complaint on the app and got a $5 coupon for $16 worth of food that I didn’t eat. Not only did I not get to eat, I lost $16 and the gas it takes to drive back and forth when most could’ve been resolved on that first phone call.

My food was trash u unwrap the taco and the bottom is stuck to the paper and soggy so it rips apart my layer burrito was crunchy open it up and the beans are dried out which is the crunch and it’s cold the only thing edible was the twist and could tell they weren’t fresh this was horrible and y’all should be ashamed of yourselves they gave me my boxes without a bag I had 3 tried to give me the drinks with no tray I’m only one person trying to get food

Please do not use this taco bell. They are always understaffed. Randomly closed and in the last 5 times I have been, my order has been correct 0 of them. It is not the employees fault but this location is a mess.
