We have been going here for years now, and for a very good reason. EVERYTHING is truly 5 stars each and every time! I have almost had everything on the menu with how many times we have been. They also change the menu up from time to time with the seasons. Everything is always paired so well when it comes to the food. I found my favorite drink of all time here, the “Apple Butter Old Fashioned”!! Oh my goodness it is so delicious❣️ The environment is perfect and so comfortable! The staff is everything you want them to be and more. The pictures provided are just a taste of the greatness that they provide. Trust me when I tell you it is ALL PHENOMENAL!!

I can’t say enough great things about 44 Mills. My partner and I joke that we have bad luck when it comes to getting bad service. So when we came here and finally got such a great server, we were more than relieved. She was not only super sweet, she was knowledgeable and gave us several suggestions without us asking. This is how service is done at a restaurant when there is good management.
The food was just as great! We started with the parmesan truffle fries, and I have since been craving them! Most places use a truffle oil, but 44 Mills makes a sauce they pour on their fries and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Next we did the cobb salad with salmon with their fig balsamic and honey mustard dressing on the side. Both dressings were incredible. I can’t say for certain but I’m pretty sure they’re house made.
My partner ordered one of their smash burgers and the char on it couldn’t be more perfect. It had pimento cheese, bacon, thousand island and all the fixings (we did no bacon) and changed the side to seasonal veggies.
Needless to say, we had no room for dessert but they all sounded delicious.
We can’t wait to go back. I’m so happy it’s right around the corner.

Upscale dining in a casual location. Welcoming, friendly staff. Absolutely delicious food! Shrimp and grits were top notch. Brussel and Cauliflower appetizer was to die for! Honestly, everything we ordered, even down to the kid’s Cheeseburger, was amazing. We WILL go out of our way to come back again. Highly recommend!

We discovered this place last year when we were in town for work. We are back and we came back for our favorite dishes from last year! We had the Steak Papparadelle, which is DIVINE, with homemade pasta, perfectly sous vide steak, and a mushroom sauce to die for! We also had The Perfect Pork Chop. I’m like “I’ll be the judge of that!” It was….perfect. So damn good. My absolute favorite on their menu. I could drink that sauce. And the duck confit mashed potatoes???! Stop it.

I got the 44 Bacon Cheeseburger (without bacon), it was super good. My husband got the Cesar wrap with crispy chicken, he really liked it. Our waitress was super nice and attentive.

A wonderful and tasty find! Another couple visiting Concord with us shared appetizers and burgers – simple menu but LOTS of good choices. Our server Ambri brought out deviled eggs, wedge salad, Mac n Cheese, burger, and all were tasty. The shaved Brussels salad was only mediocre and had many more halves that had not been “shaved” and not chilled.
I read in other reviews that recommend reservations were recommended and certainly found that helpful because 7:30PM was the first available on a Thursday night.

A wonderful restaurant to go to after a busy day! Our server Dawson was amazing, he was kind and gave the (correct) recommendation of a toffee butter brown cake. Speaking of which, our food was delicious! Chicken sandwiches, pasta, and short ribs were all worth the small wait time. Definitely will come back when in the area.

Amelia was our server. She was great and had a good feel for the menu… The food here was absolutely delicious. We were in town for family and as usual, my wife can find “fine” dining with ease.. from the deviled eggs, to the Brussels.. good Gosh almighty! She had the pork chop with sweet potato mash and spicy collards.. I started to order that instead of the roasted chicken breast with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes etc . These were 5 star dishes!! Amazing flavor. We look forward to returning and exploring the rest of the menu.. Thank you Amelia, for a fine experience.. and go Duke!
