Even quantity was enough for me as I was not able to finish it off. The ingredients felt very fresh and hygienic.
Overall if you want a takeaway order it’s quite good but not for sitting there and eat.
Simple menu… burrito, tacos, bowl or salad with options of chicken steak BBQ and carnitas. Add-ons include lettuce, rice, beans, cheese, tomato, corn, and guacamole. The steak tastes delicious with a hint of spicy. The carnitas of all the options are the least spicy. The kids meal options are very affordable for families. And are perfect portions for kids.
Couple of things need to be improved here. (1) Opening portion of the dining area to patrons. During our visit it was quite crowded with the limited seating we have indoors. However one section of the restaurant was closed that offered several empty tables to sit at. When asked, a staff member mentioned that the cashier closest that section of the restaurant early. It was near 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. I notice patrons after us, taking their lunch to go. (2) Bathrooms were not in the best conditions. You need a code to access the restrooms.
If you have ever been to a chipotle, the food tastes as you would expect which is great and hits the spot for lunch time. Yet I would venture to check out another location during lunch because possibly there might be limited seating.
Trailer-park trash level experience today.
I’ve been a quasi-regular here for a year now. And happily so, until recently. However, this is the third time recently an employee’s tried to (extremely rudely) rush me through my order. Including today, even after I (politely) asked her to slow down. As if she had something much better to do, and I was just pesky riffraff that needed to hurry up and get out of her face. And then she kept the attitude up for the entire order. Hard to put into words, but I went from having a great day to being way past furious and feeling extremely insulted in a less than a minute.
And you know… I’m a longtime war veteran and former Ukraine volunteer who’s lived, worked, and played all over four continents. And been known my entire life for having impeccable manners and a positive, patient disposition in many places and across varied cultures.
Read: last time I’ll ever go anywhwere near a Chipotle for the rest of my life.
That’s for damn sure.
“Yes, please.”
“We’re out of ice, is that ok?”
“No, no drink please.”
Coworker: “what’s going on, did they turn the ice machine off again?”
“No, I don’t really have time to fill it right now. That’ll be nine dollars, please”
It was 715 and there were maybe four people in line behind me. So, busy but not crazy.
Update:
This issue seems to have been resolved and my last 2 visits were great.
