Have fun with this photo. Uber eats at 4 am and found this in my frys. Bags were sealed and looks like it’s been dead for a while. Tried calling them to tell them and they hung up on me and would not pick up. Don’t want my money back just won’t order from them again. Showing this as a warning to those who might order from them and not want a headache.

My Mcchicken was completely raw after I told them cook to order ,fries were cold ,, nuggets were cold. I went back and showed them the food , The manager did not even apologize, she didn’t show no concern , it seemed like she didn’t even care. I am disgusted and furious , I will be calling and telling HR about this ,, this is ridiculous and unsafe. It wasn’t BUSY AT ALL. I was completely unsatisfied with my experience from the start , cookies were forgotten, the workers didn’t care and don’t want to be there.

Worse place to be. She was up the counter with shoes on. Guy who took my order never greeted. No thank you no please. Wise please to be and she is on the phone all the customers were watching here. First thing I noticed was the bun was soggy, like it had been microwaved or something, then the pink inside, like they forgot to clean the grill, which is understandable giving they have to go outside to serve people, but I did not visit this place tonight to feed the cats outside, even the fries were cold inside when I bit into them.

Absolute saltiest french fries I have ever had they were just awful I couldn’t even finish them. In McDonald’s usually has the best fries well not this one. And even with the coupon it was like $15 which is absurd.

Very rude and nasty im a Uber driver its negative 17 degrees i waited in line for a while to be told I have to go to the window out side came out of the line to go around to stand in the freezing cold then I added i look another Uber driver got his order in the drive threw so I told the lady how come he got imhis order without getting out of his car she said it’s not up to me it’s the manager crazy so I got so upset I canceled the 2 Uber calls and im going home the hell with this place

Refused my service despite other location having accepted it and my mobile order having gone through. I understand policy but I also think it should be recognized that I was not being a nuisance and could have easily gotten the milkshake I ordered without issues like other locations (rocky point) have done.
