They know hibachi!! From the soup, to salad, to the actual hibachi show it was a 10/10! Very flavorful food and excellent service! I also love that we didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for the show to start. This place is a must try and a for sure return.

We had a fantastic Christmas Eve dinner at Fujiyama! The food was delicious, and our chef was amazing, fun, engaging, and incredibly talented. He made the night truly memorable. A perfect way to celebrate the holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

We went last night for dinner. It was about 30 minutes prior to them closing, I walked in, asked if we could eat some sushi real quick for a late dinner and the guy said absolutely yes, went to sit me at a table and got my menus. Quickly, another lady come over and told me I needed to leave bc they were closing early and did not want to have to dirty anything else. The time on the door stayed open and the open sign was still on. This was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. We are loyal customers and drive to come eat there bc we love the food. We are extremely disappointed as the lady was right there when the gentleman told me yes and she proceeeded to decline service to me. The guy was even confused as to why she was telling me to leave. I give the man props for trying to stand up for us and serve us, but still we are upset and it was super unprofessional.

I’m surprised at how bad this place has gotten. Once a year, every year I Christmas shop in Jacksonville and I eat here or I eat at Wasabi in Town Center, and they used to be equally good, but it seems to be like night and day now. My veggies were barely cooked – my broccoli was cold inside… Carrots are my FAVORITE, and these carrots tasted like dishwater or old fridge. There were no onions in my veggies at all for some reason. Then, I ordered a cucumber roll, add jalapeño, and got an avocado roll add jalapeño (which is fine, it was ok), but I drive up, shop all day long and then I sit down for a meal by myself and I was truly disappointed this year. I may only eat here 1-2 times a year, but I have been coming for what feels like forever, and this will probably be my last time.

Ordered my 7 year old chicken and lobster hibachi. To spend over 100 dollars and they don’t acknowledge or give accommodations to customers (and not taking my order correct the first time) also, after hearing the seafood had an intensely fishy smell. There was a strong odor to the lobster 14 hours later. All I got was an insurance number IF my son gets sick after eating the meal.

I’ve only had take out from here, never sat in the restaurant. My orders are always correct never have I gotten home and the order was wrong or food missing. It’s my favorite place to go for this type of food. You definitely get your money’s worth. The employees are always so nice.

I like the price but dear lord idk if it’s worth it. The sushi rice isn’t sticky enough and the entire piece just crumbles each time. This is my third visit and it has not improved. The second you touch a piece it falls apart. It tastes fresh, but I don’t want my food to be a chore.

This was our first time at this restaurant. Upon being seated at the edge of one of the teppanyaki tables, a server immediately rushed over with two bowls of clear soup. Well – that was fast! I hadn’t even gotten a chance to review the menu or give other patrons the opportunity to be sat with us.
After taking a look at the offerings, my husband and I made our beverage selections. I had to repeat my multiple times as the server did not seem to understand the cocktail I had selected from the menu. We then ordered our hibachi steak entrees, which as per the menu included soup, salad, rice, 2 pc shrimp, and vegetables (carrot, onion, mushroom, broccoli, zucchini). It is common practice for me to eat my husband’s vegetables and he eats my shrimp, so we were happy to see that shrimp were part of the menu.
Our chef came to the table and verified our orders and started the show. Yet, we were still the only two at the table. Three other parties were soon seated at another table behind us. Our chef asked if we had wanted to move our seats to the front of the table. Well, sure… but that was awkward.
Our rice was started, the jokes were flowing, and the eggs rolled. Pretty much standard hibachi fare. However, though we asked for no mushrooms in our vegetables, there was no zucchini either. I thought maybe they were out – until I saw other tables had it. Our rice, veggies, and steaks were cooked and served and then the chef began to clean the table. I didn’t say anything to the chef as we were the only ones at the table and this was our first time at the venue… I know sometimes menus are not updated and options change. Until we began to leave – two other (full) tables were offered both 2pc shrimp and zucchini.
I felt not only sequestered, but my husband was shorted on his meal. Which is too bad, because the food was tasty. I just don’t know if it’s tasty enough to drive down from GA again.
