Came in for an early dinner. We got the sushi appetizer and 2 hibachi dinners. 1 was chicken, salmon, and steak and the other chicken and shrimp. We started with clear broth soup and salad. The soup was fine, however the salad was very mayo-y. We were not fans of it. The sushi appetizer came out next, and it has salmon, super white tuna, yellow fin, and an unknown fourth. The super white tuna was good, but the yellow fin and unknown fourth were not good, very strong fishy flavor (I normally like yellow fin so I was surprised at this.) The salmon was fine. Our meals came out next, and all of the meat was overcooked – I was able to pick up the cooked salmon as one piece, the chicken was basically boiled, the steak was well done, but the vegetables were still crunchy. It was really weird and a bit of a bummer as we ended up spending over $100 with tip. The food was not worth the price here. The service was good, and the atmosphere was quite nice. I’m not sure if the hibachi show is of better quality. The bathrooms also need some work, the men’s urinal was out of order. I doubt we will be back.

Ordered what is shown below. I not only had to go back after I got home because they forgot to add in the habichi dinner, they screwed me on the two steaks. After I called in saying there wasn’t 2 steaks they said “well 2 steaks actually means 1 steak and a little bit extra”. So they lie about their food quantity and dont check to see if the customer gets all the food in the first place. For a 100 dollar order, I would think I would’ve had better quality service.

$70 Togo meal…. I found hair in my sushi after I called about the hibachi being cooked in a sweet sauce instead of the teriyaki type of sauce. The girl answered and said that she wasn’t the manager but was very rude. She Told me I could bring my food back for new food but refused a refund. When u asked her when I could call back and speak with a manager, she told me that her and her friend are in charge there and she didn’t know when the manager would be there as they are in Chicago. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. (Pictured the chicken hibachi. Do you see how clear the sauce is?)

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had here and this is a normal spot for my family. We started by waiting over 15 minutes to be seated when no one else was in the restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes for our drink orders to be taken and another 10 for the Chef to come out. When he came out, he was the most dry person ever! Now mind you, we are used to the cooks here so we knew this one was new. He didn’t get a fire to start. He kept trying at least 3 times and almost set his arm on fire. Then he could not read the receipt to confirm who ordered what meat. He kept trying to give my 3 year old food when I only ordered her fries. He burned the grill several times. He did not do the egg toss. He did not do anything that they normally do. The vegetables were the last thing we received and they weren’t seasoned at all. I went to speak with a manager, and they did absolutely nothing about it. I expected at least a “sorry” but nope. We had friends with us and I had to tell them that this is not normal for this place. Overall, I’m not happy and for an $80 bill, I expected better

My daughter actually suggested Osaka’s after attending for a birthday and bringing the BEST leftovers home. We took her for her 9th birthday and enjoyed the food the atmosphere and the people. Our chef was amazing I wish I could have caught everything on tape. Its pricey so know what you are wanting before you go- but everything we ate between the 5 of us was fabulous! My husband’s scallops were perfection and the family I fight to eat veggies loves these flat grilled veggies!

We cant wait to go back again and try it again. My picky husband mentions what he might try next round every couple days. Win win!!!

Wow ! Great place to eat , loved the service would recommend this restaurant. I ate the vegetable tempura , nice comes with soup and salad . I wish I tried the sushi. May be next time if am in town. Exceptional service

A lot of fun and a ok experience. I’ve never been to a hibachi before and the place was nice enough. The drawbacks we substantial. No bar tender and the staff seemed over worked.

Food was alright being cooked on the grill, the salmon was a little over cooked but overall wasn’t bad at all. The sushi roll was really good tho. And the hibachi shrimp wasn’t bad at all.

We had a blast! We went here to celebrate a birthday. It was an absolute blast. Jose did a wonderful job and had us laughing. Again, we enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
