Well what can I say, Jania in the drive thru though about everything. She put condiments in the bag so when I asked for ketchup she smiled nicely and said it already in there.
The fries were hot out of the fryer and the Krystals were on point. I wish every drive-through experience was as good as this one.

The drive thru clerk on the evening of 2/19/26 was extremely rude. Terrible customer service. I accidentally left my wallet and tried to use my tap to pay. I did not realize they did not accept tap as a form of payment. Instead of commutating as a decent human in customer service, she closed the drive thru window and just kept tapping on the glass looking at me like a mental patient. She is entirely TOO old to conduct herself in this manner, I would expect that from a teenager, not a 50 year old. But if I worked at Krystal’s at 50, I’d be mad too.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided at Krystals on multiple occasions. The debit card system consistently fails to function, and the employees lack adequate customer service training. I have endured nearly 20 minutes of waiting at the Intercom, only to be met with a lackadaisical attitude from the employees. This pattern of behavior has become a recurring issue during my visits to Krystals. If this poor service continues, Krystals will likely face closure. The lack of prompt and attentive customer service is unacceptable, and I expect employees to be available and ready to assist customers promptly. I intend to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

It was breakfast time, but I wanted the Krystal burgers and chili cheese totes. I ask the lady could I do that . She was so nice and friendly about it yes we can do that for you. She was having a very hard time with one of the customers and a worker. She handled it with grace. But she still smiled and she also was having Sirius problems. She joked with me and was so very friendly. I did not get her name but thanks for making my day. Food was hot and great. It’s just the little things that matter.

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this Krystal location. The way I was treated by the staff made me feel completely unwelcome. While other customers were greeted and served politely, I was ignored, spoken to rudely, and made to feel like I didn’t belong. It honestly felt like I was being discriminated against, and no customer should ever be treated that way.
To make matters worse, my food was cold and poorly prepared, and when I asked for help, the employees brushed me off. I left feeling hurt and disappointed. I hope management looks into this seriously and reminds their staff that kindness and respect should be shown to everyone equally.

Went to this location and drove up to place my order, today November 3rd, 2025 at approximately 8:15pm. I was told by a male employee through the drive-thru intercom that due to the system being down, he could not take any orders. I thought I may have misunderstood and asked him to repeat. Again, he told me that he could not take any orders because the system was down. So I drove off disappointed and a little upset.
Is there not a back up system and / or way to still take orders from any potential clientele? Maybe I’m wrong, idk…. I just find this odd and completely unprofessional. And it’s for this reason that I’ll never return to this Krystal’s again… EVER!

Starting Off This Place Needs To Be Shut Down It Looks Abandoned. The Person Who Took My Order Was Rude. She Basically Threw Me My Food. Finger Nails Was Dirty. I’ll Never Go There Again I Waisted $15 Cause There Was Know Way I Was Eating that!
