This is my new favorite McDonalds. The morning staff is incredibly friendly. There seems to be a morning manager who wears pink rim glasses who says “hi” to everyone with a smile and knows the regulars by name. I’ve been here a few times recently, and it always has a great experience. I quit going to the McDonalds at Central and Hillside due to a bad experience with a staff member there, but this location renewed my faith in McDonalds.

Every time we go there to this mcdonald’s, they forget stuff every time in our bag. One time. The guy in front of ordered Mayonnaise off his hamburger, and they put it in our chicken mcnugget boxes. And when we got home, we had 2 boxes of Mayonnaise and missing 2 boogers tonight. We went, we were missing 3 mcchickens, one mcdouble, one nugget, and one small fry. My kids ask me every time. Can we go through drive through? No, we have to actually go in and take our stuff out of the bag on the table. And see if it’s right. The little girl that helped us tonight was the bomb. She finally got it figured out.
And the kid that’s just started today. Poor kid didn’t know what the heck was going on. I’m pretty sure we’ll never go back to that mcdonald’s ever again.

We were in the drive through waiting in line and one of the lady workers yelled out the door that we dont all need to be waiting in one of the lines but there was only 2 other people behind us plus there was only 1 person on the headset so we had to wait no matter what so yelling out the door was unnecessary. Then she proceeded to help 3 customers at the other speaker before even acknowledging us. It was just overall a bad experience and horrible customer service.

The food was okay, there was a little bit of a wait. My biggest complaint is whoever was taking our order. Incredibly rude, kept interrupting us, and frankly was barely listening to what we said we wanted. I recommend she gets trained in the kitchen and never works the headset.

I got a Large Iced Caramel Coffee but it was beyond sweet. The only time I ever saw the workers making a coffee drink, seeing one of them continuously pumping caramel into that drink. I didn’t know it would be mine. This is never an issue. Sad I had to throw away the coffee.

Absolutely unacceptable. I waited 40 minutes for a single McGriddle, which is supposed to be one of the fastest items you can make. After standing around watching employees move at a snail’s pace with zero urgency, I finally get my order and it is still wrong.
No apology. No explanation. Just incompetence from start to finish. If you cannot handle basic breakfast orders, do not operate during breakfast hours. This location is a complete mess and clearly does not care about customers’ time or accuracy.
Fast food is supposed to be fast. This was neither fast nor correct. Total waste of time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and having your order screwed up.

Services are horrible don’t make a complaint your food is going to be worse. They over charger you argue with customers. The have menu items they don’t want to sell. Or a bacon double cheese and make sure you get two their on the mcvalue menu. Watch them over charge you. They math don’t be mathing cause baby we eats! Great example to show your kids to not act in the work place! Mine would never!bet the drawer always off! Update!!!!I did leave a review on your portal!

Sat in the drive through and they ignored me while they proceeded to take the order of 4 cars in the second lane, did not acknowledge me at all, I started saying hello and asking for them to take my order because I could hear them talking thay whole time but to coworkers and not me, when she finally acknowledged it was trying to get their attention she sounded to have major attitude, durring her taking my order she continues to talk with coworkers and makes it very difficult for me to tell if shes listening to me or not and so I finally get her to enter my items and deal code but then she continues to just talk to others and ignore me but I can see the food on the screen so I move ahead even through she didnt tell me to, I considered just leaving but I had already been waiting 16 minutes just to get to that point because they ignored me, I get to the window and she tells me the code doesn’t work and I said its probably because ive been waiting so long its changed codes and it did so then the code disappeared and I no longer could use it or any code because of how long it took, I left. This mcdonalds has repeatedly and consistently disappointed me

DoorDash driver here. Came to the store at 10:31 for an order, and as of 10:42 the drive thru line hasn’t moved at all. No orders have been taken, with several workers standing outside the store. Absolutely horrible service, would not recommend ordering or dining at this location.

Seriously? Everything extra I ordered was missing. I should have known when they got it out so fast. They missed a drink, tomatoes I paid extra for and apparently they can’t count higher than three because I ordered 4 sauces they charged extra for and only got 3. I don’t recommend ordering from here.
