But Today 02/21/26 I was Highly Dissatisfied!!! and Disappointed!!! with this Pizza Ranch In Aberdeen SD. I Ordered a 12pc chicken wanted to surprise some close Senior friends with medical problems I did Explain when ordering that I was making this for people with health problems but I wasn’t expecting them to go all In just for My Oder.. Upon picking up my Oder I decided To Check the food And the Chicken was BURNT !!DARK,DRY I have the pictures it’s Horrible!!!! Like they used Old Oil to cook it i addressed my Concerns with Staff asked for A Manager I was Ignored and They Argued with me about Not getting another New Oder mind you I Never took the Oder out of the Restaurant, this is Beyond Sad Sad sad how in a small town like this one you Expect people to Fold and eat food that looks Horrible and Pay Money shame on the young man that tried to Argue with me and Thank God I am Calm Women ,mature I called my Boss friend and she told me to walk out of there because she was listening to the whole conversation…
PLEASE REMEMBER YOURE IN THE FOOD CHAIN AND CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT !!!! Not entirely true… But Customers should feel heard and respected.…Race or Age or Gender we Bring Business to you !!!!

All you can eat buffet salad , pizza, and hot variety of foods like chicken always, corn, green beans, biscuits, gravy, other stuff, soup ice cream dessert pizza. The place was recently remodeled and looks very nice inside is more wide open space than what it used to be and one thing in the salad bar they have mixed salad with everything already together which I really love it that way or you can do it yourself also they have that loose lettuce and they have their loose spinach leaves with all the other toppings to add yourself

As it was my first time here, I Ordered “the roundup” because it’s a “guest favorite” according to the menu. This pizza is supposed to come with beef, Italian sausage,pepperoni, red onions, mushrooms and black olives.
All that came on the pizza was sausage, onions and olives. Unfortunately this order was to-go and I’m heading back out of town tomorrow. I’m not going to take the time to deal with getting it fixed. REALLY PIZZA RANCH?
Too bad too, because the pizza taste like it would be good if they’d have gotten it right.

My husband took me here for Mother’s Day. The food was hot and delicious! Wonderful salad bar. Great service picking up used plates. They gave each mom a carnation for Mother’s Day! I highly recommend.
