Service was polite and efficient, and the drive-thru moved very quickly today, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was smooth and well-run.
The only issue was being told that this location does not offer fries without salt due to operator policy. I’ve been able to request no-salt fries at other Chick-fil-A locations in the past, so this was surprising. For customers managing dietary or medical needs, flexibility around basic modifications would be helpful.
Food quality is otherwise consistent, and staff handled the order adjustment professionally once clarified.

love Chick-fil-A, but this location has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order, my food isn’t fresh salads come with brown or wilted parts, and nuggets sometimes feel sparse. I often have to ask for a replacement or settle for food that isn’t up to standard. I hope management addresses this, because the quality really needs to match what Chick-fil-A promises.

I am very disappointed! I came through the drive-thru and was met at my car by Josh, who was very rude and dismissive. Typically I am met with excellent customer service from this location, however, I am guessing today was a bad day for that. Josh rushed me my entire order, as if he was in a hurry to get me out of the line, and then proceeded to still ring my order wrong in the tablet. I understand it is fast food, but I thought Chic-fil- A stood out from your standard “fast food” experience. SMH I guess I will be visiting the Northport location from now on.

My service, and overall score of 2 stars is based on the experience I received from a simple complaint.
I recently had an experience at the Tuscaloosa, Alabama location on McFarland and was disappointed with how my concerns were handled. Instead of addressing the issue I raised, I was offered a complimentary menu item, which didn’t resolve the main problem. I’m still waiting for a copy of my receipt and confirmation that I wasn’t overcharged for items I didn’t receive.
It’s frustrating to have this unresolved, and I would discourage others from relying on CARES or the restaurant to resolve issues. I hope the situation can be properly addressed soon.
