Went back to this Waffle House on SR-21, in Oxford Alabama! We ate here 3 days ago, as well. Consistently clean and delicious. Jolynn is welcoming and fun. She’s fabulous! Fantastic service. The young man who cooked our breakfast-for-dinner is a pro. Perfectly scrambled egg and the Gravy!! Biscuits and gravy here is fantastic. This man knows how to make a mean gravy!! (Not every breakfast joint knows how!). My husband had the All Star(?):

I take racist allegations very seriously, however this is exactly what I experienced over the weekend at this waffle house. No one ever even acknowledged that we were there. Several guests noticed and asked if we had been helped. We ended up leaving without the staff saying one word.

It’s Waffle House. I didn’t come here for the atmosphere or the view. I came here for food. Waffle House is a trusted and consistent favorite of mine. You’ll find them almost everywhere along the super routes of Interstates and highways of North America. Bacon, Eggs, Pork, and tators in the form of hashbrowns. I like my hashbrowns “well, smothered, covered, and chunked”. If you know Waffle House, you know what I’m talking about. If you don’t know Waffle House, you need to get to know em. Look closely and you won’t see locks on the doors because they never close!
