I always order the cantina crispy chicken tacos and tonight they might as well have been called soggy chicken tacos. They were made very sloppy and nowhere near crispy. Not happy at all with what I was served.

Whoever the lady manager is tonight and last night is a ROCKSTAR!! Asked her about my favorite menu item and instead of just telling me they no longer sell it she gave me a way to order something similar and it was great! I used to be a regular at the other Blanding and College taco bell but after my experience here I’ll never go back. She’s doing an amazing job!

This is not fast food at all. This is the second Taco Bell I have visited within a week, and each time, the drive-thru has taken more than 20 minutes to serve, in addition to enduring long lines of waiting customers. Management should be concerned about these delays, as they reflect poorly on the brand’s efficiency and customer experience. This situation is not a good look for fast food establishments that pride themselves on quick service and convenience.

Daaayyuumm!! High-five to the drive-thru staff on duty at 10:45pm, Wednesday, 08/27/25… The best taco bell tacos I’ve had in years. The order was correct, delicious, and the staff was nice despite have a constant flow of cars in the line. Great job!! Keep up the incredible work. Thank you!!

So, just had dinner from Taco Bell (54 Blanding Blvd).
Order went well. Got food for two. Order the nuggets (never tried them before today) and about $42.11 worth of food. Got home. Unbagged everything and found that one if my nuggets had a bite taken out of it. It was buried under the other chicken nuggets so I didn’t notice it until I had eaten almost the whole box. Embarrassing, but I figured I’d just toss it. I hate writing bad reviews, as I too work in the service industry.
Anyway, I had eaten all day so I continued with my dinner, then came across one if the crunchy tacos that was part of my meal. I don’t know what in God’s name is going on at this particular Taco Bell on Blanding Boulevard, but my Taco had a bite taken right out of it and it came out if the wrapper that way. Needless to say, Taco Bell might not care they just lost a customer for life, but I’m done. Never again. The staff at the drive-thru window was nice and they got our order right (which to be honest is hot and miss), but half eaten food.
At this point I’ll probably swear off fast food all together. Taco Bell, I understand this is likely a franchise location, but I’m taking the time to put y’all on notice. I’m gonna call the franchise owner on Monday. That employee does not need to be working in the food industry.
If you’re a consumer and have taken the time to read this, totally your decision to eat where you please, but I’d recommend one of the other two locations in Orange Park.

I’ve been ordering the Crunch Wrap since it came out. My usual TB at College has been failing in an epic way. This Wells location was exactly the way it’s meant to be made! I order it with a soft taco supreme and I sware I got a burrito by mistake but, NOPE. A supreme taco I ACTUALLY made a mess with. Hot meat and enough sour cream I had to suck the wrapper!

The last few times I’ve gotten food from this location it has been horrible. It literally looks like yall let the food that’s being ordered sit there for who knows how long so it’s always soggy and it’s so sloppy and put together horribly. It’s not that hard to put a regular Doritos locos taco together but yall didn’t even give me lettuce?!?! Put a little more effort into the food. Done going to this location and maybe Taco Bell in general.

Victoria W was phenomenal! I stopped by after my late shift! for it to have been 12:36 am her professionalism and patience shined from the moment I ordered. Everything was running so smoothly, I had about 6 cars ahead of me before I ordered and I could tell things were getting done! The food quality was amazing, shout out to all the other hard working people as well. After a late shift I was extremely satisfied. Lastly, is Victoria the manager yet? If I had any concerns, she would be the one I would want to go to. Thank you Taco Bell for having great people to run your establishment, every person in the night shift should be recognized. I kind of want to go back for some more food!
