Placed an order here for pick-up. Still had to wait an additional 15min after arriving. The lady working the front brought out my order with another person’s order and only called out their name. She asked them if they wanted any sauces, but silently put my order on the order rack and didn’t say anything.
I drive home and when I open up my order, it’s completely wrong. I ordered a Turkey Club sandwich and a Loaded Italian sandwich. Instead I got 2 Turkey Gobbler sandwiches. Terrible experience.

Ordered on the app and 1 of my sandwiches was missing. When I asked about it they said it was because they were out of roast beef! They did offer a replacement item, but the fries were cold and 2 hours later I had diarrhea.

Classic roast beef was as expected for fast food. Not amazing but it was warm and tender roast beef. Chicken tenders were average as well. Service was quick and efficient. Place seemed clean.

My wife and I was in Arby’s on Saturday November 15th for lunch around 1:30 in the afternoon and they ran out of roast beef! And the one male employee was disrespectful he was cussing in front of the customers dropping the f-bomb and I think the older female who is the manager said him and her was arguing all day like she should not have told us that that is none of our business. My wife ordered a gyro the meat was dry and the pita bread was falling apart and they didn’t put no sauce on it whatsoever!

Prior visits went well. But lately service just plain sucks. Long drive through wait, got home to find out we had someone else’s order, had to drive back. The manager on duty opened the bag and said, I was wondering where this order went. Her response was that the person in drive through was new. She apologized but it did not seem heartfelt. In all, I will never return to this establishment.

Stopped in yesterday, February 27, 2024. This is unacceptable. The person who prepared this food owes me 20.00 out of their own pay. All 8 sandwhiches I bought looked like this. 3:16 pm I stopped no one in line but me. So there was no rush to explain this ignorance. Great to see no one has pride in there job anymore.
