Horrible first time experience. Should have know better when there was about 8 to 10 people behind the counter and all looked like teenagers. Will never eat Bojangles again and I was excited about trying their food the first time! Food was already bitten into and looked to be recooked and served. When I returned it, they laughed. I was so disgusted with this place! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

They didn’t have the right container for the biscuits and gravy so they gave me a paper tray to eat out of. They didn’t tell me they just put it in the bag and let me go home with it. Might as well spit on my food.

Not often do I take the time to immediately write a positive review on a fast food restaurant but this experience was worthy. The food was fresh and good but I wanted to be sure and praise the employee who made this dine in experience an exceptional one. Her name is Demetrice and she was so welcoming from the time I walked in the door to the time I left, even walking through the dining room and cheerfully asking how everyone was doing, and walking around clearing tables for people. Rarely is that part of any fast food experience. It’s good to know there are still people/employees out in the world like her.

We are so impressed with this Bojangles! Alesa provided outstanding service and genuine kindness to every guest in the dining area. It was heartwarming to watch. She made me laugh and was fun to talk to! Mike was also friendly and attentive, taking time to clear trays and greet customers. Their positive attitudes make all the difference. Thank you both 🙂

Here right recently I have noticed that This place is in need of a remodel and/or major cleaning. (Please) I’ve witnessed things that I should not be seeing in this food atmosphere. Maybe I wouldn’t see these types of things if the building was cleaner, or or if the builder started anew… Everything else and everyone that I’ve encountered is nice though. Food quality and service has gone down tremendously. There is never enough chicken made, they pull the chicken early at times and the biscuits are thrown together.

The food is always very good. However I have ordered from this restaurant four times and four times I have had my order messed up. Always missing items or incorrect. I’ve yet to receive an order from them that was actually accurate and to top it off the manager likes to argue. Be wary eating here.

New customer to Bojangles, and I was impressed with the service and the food. The Bo rounds are out of this world and their bacon egg and cheese biscuit is the best. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, and I suggest everyone give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Order on DoorDash, paid extra for honey mustard and didn’t receive a single one, not just what I paid extra for, but none at all. Fries and supremes were cold and soggy, took forever to get made.
