Saigon Bowl was a bit of a wild experience with Lunar New Year celebrations happening during our visit, but despite how busy it was, the service was still good and handled well. I ordered the bún riêu—it leaned heavier on pork than crab and egg, which wasn’t quite what I expected, but it was still edible and satisfying overall.

This is better than Saigon in Vietnam.. I’ve tried pho from around the world and this is just amazing.. the variety they have is incredible.. they even have the famous raw beef salad.

This place is a do not miss.

I was very impressed with this place. The Pho was so tasteful and huge bowl. Also the stir fry had fresh veggies and the price was very reasonable. We will be back to this place for sure.

This was our first visit. The good news, the food was outstanding. The service was terrible.

There was a party of over 30 being served that took the full attention of the kitchen and staff. We should have been turned away, but we were seated. It took over an hour to get our appetizer. We had to ask someone up front when we needed more water. No one ever checked after our food finally arrived. I had to go up ftont again to get our check, the last hour we were there we never saw our waiter again. My advice is go for the food, but if they’re super busy you might consider going back when it’s slower.

I get it when you’re overwhelmed but communication is the key. It took 2 hours 15 minutes for us to get an appetizer and three entrees.

This is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to–not just in Denver, but anywhere! And I have the glowing praise from my Vietnamese mom to back that up!

We tried two different types of bánh canh (Vietnamese “udon” noodle soup), and both broths were incredibly rich and flavorful. My mom had the roasted duck noodle soup, and she couldn’t stop raving about it–from the perfectly cooked duck to the depth of the broth. She’s a tough critic, so that says a lot!

My sister and mom also got durian and soursop smoothies, respectively, and both were big fans of their drinks!

The herb plate was generous, to say the least. We actually had to ask the server to take some away because there was no way we could finish it all. But beyond the quantity, the quality was on point–10/10. I didn’t spot a single brown leaf or any imperfections. Everything was fresh and vibrant.

As for the service, it was equally top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel like we were part of their family the whole time we were there.

My mom’s already planning a family outing here to try even more dishes from their extensive menu. Can’t wait to come back!

Excited to try this place after traveling to Vietnam this year. I got the rice noodle chicken bowl and it tasted exactly like the noodle bowls in Vietnam. Fantastic flavor and very generous portions. Don’t pass this place up.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are looking for the #1 spot for Vietnamese cuisine in Denver, look no further than Saigon Bowl. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat, but the food and service truly exceeded all expectations.
The Food: Fresh, Authentic, and Flavorful
The menu offers a wonderful taste of authentic Vietnam. Everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh. Two things you absolutely cannot miss:
• The Eggrolls: These were a highlight of our meal—perfectly crispy on the outside, savory on the inside, and genuinely “delightful.”
• The Pho: The broth was rich and aromatic, clearly made with care. It’s the kind of soul-warming soup that keeps you coming back for more.
Atmosphere & Service
What really sets Saigon Bowl apart is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making you feel like a guest in their own home. It’s rare to find a place where the service is just as “delightful” as the food itself!
Perfect for Families
I highly recommend bringing your family here. The atmosphere is inviting, the portions are great, and there is something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. It is a wonderful place to sit down, share a meal, and create memories.
Final Verdict: 10/10. I promise you won’t be disappointed. If you’re in the Mile High City and craving authentic Vietnamese food, Saigon Bowl is the place to be!

Just as awesome today as it was 20 years ago. In fact, it feels like it hasn’t changed a bit, which is comforting with all of the local, long term restaurants we’ve lost in recent years. Old school Denver vibes for days, in the best possible way.

The employees are friendly and humorous, the prices are fair, and the bowls are fantastic. I especially recommend the combo rice bowl with shrimp, chicken, spring roll, and egg.

This restaurant is a Denver classic, and I hope it continues to live on for decades

Ordered the appetizer platter and the hot pot combo. Appetizer platter could feed 4-6 people and had a variety of delicious items (soft shell crab, shrimp, grilled pork, etc.) to wrap into a roll. Hot pot had a lot of meat and vegetables. Broth was very flavorful. Would definitely be back with my family!

1/14/23-The prices very from average to high based on what you order. They had a very large menu with lots of options. The timing of serving the food was off. I got mine more then 5 minutes before my mom got hers. The food itself was good. My sesame chicken was just the right amount of crispy and not over cooked. The menu had a chili pepper by it and I was expecting some heat, but it was super mild and sweet. We never did get our water refilled. I would go back to try other items on their menu.
