Always a quick friendly service. Haven’t had an order wrong, yet. The people taking your orders and thorough and do not get your order wrong. They are very friendly during the experience and focus on efficient, speedy, friendly customer service. I went inside to use the bathroom and get some extra condiments, and what I perceived as the main manager/owner was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction and was very helpful

Verily, I pen this humble testament in praise of the house of Chick-fil-A, yet more so in honor of one most noble servant therein: Master Levi S., the Ginger Man.
Hark! Never hath mine eyes beheld an employ’d fellow so steadfast in courtesy, nor mine heart known such warmth as that which shineth from his fiery crown of hair. With swiftness he bringeth forth the victuals, with cheer he greeteth all wayfarers, and with patience he heedeth every request, be it great or small.
In sooth, the fare was delectable, yet it was Levi S. who did elevate mine humble repast to a feast most wondrous. Would that all establishments were graced with such a paragon of service!
I commend him most heartily unto all who pass this way, and beseech the keepers of this Chick-fil-A to cherish well their Ginger Man, for he is a rare treasure indeed.

This was an awesome experience. We already love Chick-fil-a but today we dined in and the young man walking around the dining area was bussing tables and cleaning up. He made sure to bring every child a coloring page and some cow ear headbands. Then we were surprised with a chick-fil-a board game. So sweet. We will definitely be back to this location. Great customer service!

We stopped in after a soccer game with some teammates and had a great experience! The atmosphere and decor lent itself more to a sit down restaurant than a fast food place. The service was great and the food was top notch! I love that they allow subs like fruit, Mac & cheese and salad for cheap.

Due to Chick-fil-A in Keizer Station recently adding a mobile only lane to their drive-through lane. I have no interest in going there again. I really like Chick-fil-A food and it was really convenient for me to quickly get in and get out. Today when I went, the drive-through lane was backed up to the parking lot. Meanwhile, the mobile only lane was completely empty. I had no interest or time in waiting in line. The manager should’ve been aware of this and asked people to use both lanes to drive-through. Also on their website unless you’re willing to give your cell phone number which I have no interest in doing (I have a landline and that’s what I want to use) I could not leave a customer service feedback.
Like so many of these commercialized in impersonal companies, Chick-fil-A just want your information. They just want you to hurry up use their place and move on. They don’t care about customers. I’m not sure why Fast-food companies think that everyone has access to the Internet or to a cell phone or even wants to use our cell phone. Also they are cheap this just allows them to have less jobs. Chick-fil-A you are losing customers by limiting your customer base to adjust people wiling to use their cell phones or want to sit in line for 20 minutes.

I don’t understand why people like this place so much. I’ve been there twice taking my grandkids. I think the chicken is very plain and the waffle fries are even more plain .
I don’t get it but the grandkids like it.
I like Dave’s hot chicken a thousand times better way more flavor and the fries are unbelievable but to each his own

The deluxe spicy chicken i ordered was the best Chick-fil-A sandwich I’ve ever had. Dont let the long lines fool you. Order takers and delivery all happen while you’re in your vehicle. Pretty cool!

I go here for delicious spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch and yummy spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast. I paid cash last time in drive thru, so they just send you to the cash person before getting to the window for your food. We have the app to earn free chicken sandwhiches.

We had a catering order of over 50 sandwiches. We arrived early and the catering was ready at the exact pick up time! Ryan was a great help! Can’t wait to cater with them again soon! They even lent us a heated bag to hold our food. Wonderful service!
