So I am a panda express lover.My home store is mcdonald georgia, and they have the most amazing customer service.Every time as I went to this one in conyers, I must say the disappointment that i’ve had multiple times but this time a pun walking in the store at 830 the young lady was putting the chairs up. I asked her. Were they closing? She said, no, they were going to clean the floor deep and fixing to start, so I proceeded to walk up to place my order. As I noticed, people were standing up all over the store families. Children, I asked the manager, I said, hey, I just want to make sure because I’m by the food that I’ll be able to sit down. And eat it, she said, yes, I guess that’s fine.
I am so confused because I was there until 920 nothing was being done in the lobby.I definitely could feel as so could others that spoke to me?You could definitely feel like you were not wanted in the restaurant for me.I got the final one that was three strikes that said, don’t have to worry about me coming back.But that’s not fair to owners being that I am a marketing manager for my company.Please take some customer advice.This is unacceptable when someone pays that money, they’re paying because they don’t want to do it at home.They don’t want to cook, and they don’t want to clean something as simple as his chair should be able to be expected.Take the time to even look at your video at the disappointment of your customers.That very night as well as I have attached the picture for the public to see hoping you can get this door back to the expectations and accountability that other panda expresses carry

When you enter the workers are not friendly. You are standing there while they are laughing, joking, having conversations with one another. Then you are finally noticed. The food doesn’t appear to be fresh and it wasn’t good at all. When you pay for an extra item. You are given whatever the servicer want you to have which is not worth the additional cost you paid. The girl at checkout is extremely rude. This restaurant was once a very nice place to visit. There was always a crowd at whatever time of the day. The food was once fresh and delicious. The customer service wasn’t great but much better than now. I will not return.

Does this look like it’s worth an upcharge to you? No, I didn’t eat any of it so far, indeed, this is what I paid for. Asked for a bowl with rice and walnut shrimp, and this is what I ended up with. This is extremely disappointing and greedy on Panda’s part. Also stood at the counter waiting to pay for over 5 minutes while the workers just milled around doing other tasks. This place needs to do better on every level.

This was my first time visiting this location because I just moved here. From the time I walked in the door their was no good vibes. The young lady who was preparing my order had an attitude and couldn’t get my order right but talking loud in front of all the other customers saying she gave me what I asked for but in the end went back and realized she had made the mistake by not adding the small red container of Orange Chicken that comes with the Any 3 entree bigger meal. She never apologized just kept her same attitude and even rolled her eyes. The young lady who was bagging my order had a dry attitude. Maybe I just went on a bad day or the young ladies were having one but even though I moved right up the street from them when I want some Pandas I am willing to drive all the way to 2000 Mount Zion Blvd Morrow GA where I get Great Food, Great Service topped off with some smiles and even sometime a laugh or two. So shout out to the workers at 2000 Mount Zion boulevard in Morrow Georgia because I’ve been in here so many times and not once have I ever gotten bad service even when they’re crowded and there’s a line they move fast happily engaging with the customers with great attitude like they love their job and what they do dealing with customers. I know that it would be well worth the 45 to 50 minute drive that I’ll have to do going back to get to them for my great food and service and I’m willing to do that when I’m spending my money.

Do not eat here. They don’t care about customers at all. I visited this restaurant stood in line and ordered a orange chicken bowl. There was a customer in front of me who had placed a large order and was waiting on some additional items. The server prepared my bowl pretty quickly but held it behind the counter. I asked if i could have my bowl so that i could proceed to the register so that i could get back to work. The Customer who was still waiting for her additional agreed that i should advance to the register as she did not want to hold up the line. The server refused to give me my order. I waited for 20 mins on food that was already prepared and packaged in front of me. By this time multiple people were waiting as the server held our food hostage. The server was a beautiful young black girl with multiple ear piercings. This made me late getting back to work and i was fired. I thought this was Panda Express. Meaning they get you in and out fast. Im not angry but i will never go back.

I frequently come here cause it’s convenient, I use the app to order, but just about every time I come here, I’m always waiting an extremely long time. If they are slow, still gonna have to wait. This place neglects me time and time again. Hi at your own risk. Last time one associate asked if I wanted a complimentary drink cause I waited so long, I declined. This go round, no offer, just had to wait 15 extra minutes for my food past the estimated time while people who came in after me and placed orders AFTER ME got their food before me. Awful.

Everytime I have gone into the building, it’s usually a better service, but lately it hasn’t been. So I decided to order online and pickup. The service is faster, yes.. the quality of food was horrible. I had low mein and beef and broccoli, the low mein was a very firm noodle and the veggies were cut sooo large, the beef and Broccoli, the broccoli I don’t think was cooked all the way through, I shouldn’t struggle biting the stem. The beef dissolved, it felt like paste.. the cat enjoyed it. I keep trying to give panda a chance and I’m always disappointed in some way. After this, I’m no longer going back. I’m not going to recommend it either.

My son and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat right around lunch time. The servers were extremely friendly and the food was fresh and hot. We were slightly skeptical at first due to the line, but the servers were super efficient while never making anyone feel rushed. This location on Lavista Rd. was awesome!

I had already made it home and realized that the rice had a sour odorto it. I thought maybe it was me and my off sense of smell. But upon tasting, I was right. It was sour. Not enough proteins given on consistency for the pricey meal. When it opened. And a few years after that, it was a good place to eat
Now has gone down in the service and quality of food.
