Stopped by the Chipotle in Columbus Circle today. It’s on a corner and has a good amount of space with several tables, though it can get a bit messy since cleaning during the day seems limited.
I had the carne asada bowl with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, beans, and the tomato salad — which they say isn’t spicy, but has a nice little kick to it. My girlfriend ordered the chicken burrito, and it was equally tasty. Both meals were fresh, flavorful, and filling.
We kept it simple with tap water, and the bill came out to about $30 for two people, which felt fair for the portion sizes.
Overall, a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Great flavors, generous servings, and a convenient location.

One of my first times here, they give me this tiny portion they gave 5 pieces of chicken and that’s it , you can see the bottom of the bowl – they gave me almost no rice !

I came here to get some dinner while I was in New York for a college trip and I had a very pleasant experience, I had ordered ahead on the app and my food was ready and waiting for me by the time I had arrived. The food tasted great and was fresh. The seating area was clean and neat too. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Wished saw the reviews before entering this trash bathroom oops i mean restaurant!! The portions!! I pay for my food it’s not free i asked her three times to give me extra rice and did not want to should’ve left the bowl for her. As the trash cans are full people leave food trash on the table/floors because they don’t clean. I know the manager will see this comment if ur being paid by us costumers, this location will be closed soon!

Really disappointed with the amount of food I got 🙁 I asked for half chicken and half carnitas, and received 5-6 tiny pieces of each. You can tell how little the food is from the picture with the rice, beans, and meat. Husband (who had a different server) purchased half and half meat as well, and his portion looks twice as much with the entire container full even though I paid extra for guac…. I even expressed how little the food was to the server and she didn’t do anything about it. Had to share my experience out of principle.

First time at a Chipotle… probably last. The counter help was in a hurry to get us to order, I explained I had never been… didn’t matter.
Ended up ordering soft shell tacos…the rice was cold, the meat was warm and the cheese was the best part…lettuce was okay. The soda bar area needed attention. Sat at a counter to eat as a group.
I know this is NYC but not one of the other food locations we have chosen to eat at has been like this.

You can’t expect much from chipotle, but these guys really do stoop low. Workers were not only dry and unwelcoming, they also are stingy and unorganized. Kitchen was dirty and looked a mess, the food looked like it had been sitting in the fridge for months, food was cold and empty, and the floor/tables were dirty. Me and my boyfriend decided to sit in front of kitchen, because that was the only place that was actually clean, and they said “HEY! that side is closed ”….odd. Don’t recommend if you want a simple experience at your typical chipotle.

I ordered a vegan Sofritas meal but was given a non-vegetarian dish. When I tried to explain the issue to the cashier, she was dismissive and rude, even telling me to “throw it away if I didn’t like it.” It was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The manager later came over and offered to either remake the meal or issue a refund.

All the items in their menu can be termed as flavourful and the portion size is good.The chicken burrito was awesome and the cheesy nachos too! No lover of Mexican food can afford to bypass this restaurant!
