I specifically order these with no sour cream extra nacho sauce everytime I order these fiesta potatoes and how hard is it to read what the person requested. They were quick to ask if everything looked correct on the screen from my mobile order. Here’s the proof of the lack of paying attention to what your doing. I dropped 26 dollars on this meal to have you screw it up. Thanks crew members

We rolled up when the lobby was apparently “closed”. Doors were unlocked and kiosks were on. We ordered and were then informed a few minutes later the lobby was closed. Gave one of the people in our group their food, then told us to leave because the lobby was closed for dine in. Still missing food. I get you want to close up but then you need to lock the door at closing and make sure people get the food they paid for. You are a business. Be better.

Went through the drive through, service seemed good, everything seemed to be in the order that was supposed to except when I got home one of my taco Supremes was not very supreme…I think they may have forgotten a thing or two in it. Would of went back if it was not pouring outside.

ordered only items with nacho cheese sauce and got melted speckles of shredded cheese. they had no large cups and gave me a medium after i paid for a large. the drink also had no flavoring just color and soda water. it was a late night order with the lobby closed and me being the only person in the drive through.

Placed an order online for mobile pickup. Waited about 15 minutes; order tracking kept showing that it was still being prepared. Watched about 6-7 cars go through the drive thru while continuing to wait. Proceeded to walk inside to see if there was maybe a glitch on the website etc. When I went in, a young white female with black hair and a quite large septum ring came to the front and asked who I was picking up for. Let her know it was an online order for myself. They all seem confused and I was simply told “oh, shell work on it soon.” Keep in mind, nobody was inside and the drive thru was empty at that point. We decided to eventually go to the drive thru and was met by the same girl with the bigger than life nose ring. She told us that we needed to go inside to grab it but we had already tried to do that so we asked if she could please grab it for us since it was right next to her. She rolled her eyes at us and grabbed it but upon handing it to us said “next time youll need to come inside.” Both of us have worked in sales and customer service longer than this little lady has been alive. We were quite mortified to see her disdain…was as if we were bothering her for asking her to provide good customer service/do her job. Sad to see such lack of professionalism especially when there were over 6 other employees working in the store. Yet she acted as if she was being overworked in an empty store. Simply unacceptable.

Judging by other reviews, everybody else feels the same way I do about the service at this location. Why am I paying extra for items for you to forget them and then mess up every single request made on my order???? I am literally giving this company money, for my food to either be missing or inedible due to allergy restrictions I have. Next time I’m in, expect me to act like a manager to your staff as they clearly are lacking in that department. The amount of money I’ve spent on extra add ons for them to never be there is enough for a refund but I know that won’t ever happen.

This store is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Had to use the self order terminal and paid for it. Never got the order. No one would acknowledge me or my wife to find out about my order. Asked for a refund but no one would talk to us. My lost, hope you think twice before going to this store.

Such a disappointment. We usually go to this Taco Bell since it’s close to our house. They’re usually slower but still good. Not so much this time. My taco came smashed, all the burritos had sauce leaking and my Sierra Mist tasted like bathroom water. I’m addition, the girl at the drive through went on a rant about how she was ‘done with her job, was gonna quit, couldn’t stand stupid people calming to her store’ etc.
