Why go and spend money for a place thats supposed to be simple to mess up your simple order when you can do it yourself! Ordered 2 for 5$ meals and they can’t even get the order right, let alone fill the ONE small fry they gave us out of 2… at most 25% of the small fry was filled. Not even busy legit the car that was in line was leaving… because that makes sense that they want more pay but cant even check orders before they leave the window. I get it if it’s busy but cmon. Not worth paying them if they just wanna mess up orders when nobody is there. Reduce their pay if they wanna keep messing up the most simple meals. It was 7:30pm, 1 car ahead that was leaving like be fr they don’t earn their pay.

Place is crap. Food is horrible. Staff is inept. Place is filthy. Useless workers just stand around talking. Get some real management. Now they are robbing people of their change when paying with cash. They charge for an extra sauce but wont give your change back. Had to argue and refuse to leave before I got my change back. This is theft. Is this the owner’s idea or corporate’s idea to rob the customers? People need to insist on getting their full change back. Dont care if pennies are difficult to get, you cant keep people’s money. People need to refuse the crap food and make them exchange it. If they are going to charge more money for less quantity and quality then take no crap from them.

Don’t eat here unless you want your order to be wrong, and if you work DoorDash, don’t accept McDonald’s orders, it’s a waste of your time. They take forever to get orders out and you could be out delivering 2 or 3 orders from other places in the time it takes for 1 McDonald’s order. I dash with my friend and we always eat at that McDonald’s and it just gets worse and worse.

This is a long post but it should be helpful to others.
The drive thru was very slow and backed up. When I finally got to order they misheard me multiple times and I had to correct. When I got to the pay window I was told my order amount was 31.00 which was way off considering I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit meal and a bagel bacon egg cheese sandwich with a medium coke. They recalculate my amount and it was 15.00 and some change. Then I pulled up to the food window when I was told to pull ahead and wait. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food, and all the cars had cleared the drive thru. Once the meal came, it was barely even warm and the bagel wasn’t even toasted. For 15.00 and the wait, it should have been better. I’m very disappointed in the meal.

Absolutely ridiculous service. There should be no reason I have to wait 20 minutes for curbside, just so I have to go INSIDE the restaurant to see why my food is taking so long. Not to mention the morning manager, who purposely will mess up MY order because of family issues. I went in there tonight at 6:15 pm and had to go inside to get my order at 6:35 pm. I was standing behind two people who had ordered inside, they also didn’t receive their orders. My food has 100% been sitting on a warmer waiting to be served. Again this is absolutely ridiculous, they seem to serve drive thru more than anything else.
I can’t believe I’m even coming back here. I absolutely hate the service here. I just watched either, a teen or young adult, standing there watching the food and waiting for someone to tell her what to do. Are you serious??! I’d rather see improvement then get free food I have to wait THIRTY MINUTES FOR.

Don’t eat here. Manager was really rude she has glasses and didn’t even have a name tag NOR was dressed work appropriate and claims her name is “Betty” said she couldn’t give me a last name, but I will figure it out. and she poorly handled our situation. The employees were playing in the kitchen and one of them threw apple slices on the floor I saw the whole thing and so did 5 other people. When I asked about my food they completely ignored me and put their heads down.. I don’t think the manager who was on the shift knows what she’s doing. And I don’t believe she’s the store manager either. I’ve been trying to contact a manager above her all day. Also they gave my kids their happy meal cold. The fries were hard if my 2 year old chokes or my 3 year old chokes on the food I would’ve put a lawsuit on this place. The employees are the worst they don’t do their jobs right and the manager has NO idea how to do her job, she yelled and said she didn’t care and she also said I didn’t work there. I don’t but I know the experience. I never had an issue with mc Donald’s until now. They weren’t “back up” as she says. The employees playing in the kitchen and barley any cars in the drive thru. Smells like lies to me. Maybe if they worked faster and she knew how to be a “manager” this mc Donald’s would be better. I was also robbed $20 because the kiosk didn’t print off the receipts and she “couldn’t find my order”.

I won’t be going back to Hutchinson McDonald’s. Out of 5 times I’ve gone, they messed it up 3 times! Messed it up today!!! I wanted a sausage McMuffin with Egg, no cheese and they gave me no egg WITH cheese. And the last time I was here, they messed it up TWICE and I had to go in for them to get it right!
