Stood at the register for at least 5 mins before they noticed me….then waited 20 mins for my order and nothing so I ask about my food and the employees were very rude and said I need to be patient and they’ll let me know when it was ready with a whole lot of attitude….five mins later (been in the restaurant 30 min at this point) they all start giggling and she slams the trey down and said it’s ready and they all laughed so I just threw it away I don’t want to know what they did to my food……don’t come here ever if you expect any level of customer service or service at all….it’s just kids working and I’ll never be back

This Jack in the Box is always my favorite in Reno/Sparks. They are always friendly. The food is always fresh and my order is out in a timely matter. Whenever I eat inside the restaurant is always clean. The restrooms are well kept with everything stocked. When I go through the drive thru my order is always correct and they always make sure I have straws and napkins.

I ordered tacos and when we got them home we opened the tacos up and they smelled like compost the lettuce was black and grey it stunk. The sour dough burger was supposed to have grilled onions we even ordered extra and it had none absolutely horrible food. Then tried to call 3 times to complain hung up all 3 times. Horrible… customer service! Everybody in there – like 6 employees saw me standing( made eye contact) waiting to order, they looked at me and kept talking about their lives and husbands.. while not one even said “we’ll be there in a moment”! I will not come back! I was just craving the churros!

The tacos are TOO greasy like they dnt get drained! Its a heart attack waiting to happen! They put too much mayonaise on their chicken sandwich and the lettuce was old and stringy… pretty sad place.
