Ordered 2 burgers and they turned out to be raw. Not even cooked really at all. Can see pink from the outside. Tried to call and let them know. All they did was just hang the phone up without talking.

How the hell even if you’re a teenager and it’s your first job can’t you cook a BURGER right??! Are you trying to give people a food borne illness!!! It’s VERY IRONIC that when you call the phone it can’t go through and it doesn’t work to call the management team to get something fixed. This is the last time I will ever spend a dollar at this location. I work literally right across the driveway also and I will refuse to even bother in fear I might get sick!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Just last month I had this happen with a burger and then The chicken is from a couple of weeks prior it was actually dried out like a jerky!! The management needs to pay attention to their young kids working night shifts it was a struggle for me for the 10 years I worked in management at Panera. Get better night staff.

Never got to eat on Saturday January 3rd around 10am because they are stuck up . I left a review a few days ago but someone needs it about their very poor service and how they skipped over me in line to help the other guys my age with their orders. Wearing new clothes and coat and over $100 cash in my pocket for my families order wasn’t good enough for them so I called corporate said they need to fire all of them including the bald headed guy . Don’t waste your time with this location at the corner of I-71 exit 97 route 665 in Grove City Ohio next to FedEx. I have no idea if I cracked their glass slamming heir door into the window leaving the place as I was cussing them all out

Absolutely 5 stars in every aspect! I chose this Wendy’s as a final meal for my dog that was in the late stages of heart failure (tumor of the heart). When I ordered, I told the lovely cashier that I was ordering for my dog. Unbeknownst to me, she had quietly asked the manager to come over and the manager comped his final meal of a bacon cheese burger, french fries, chicken nuggets and a small chocolate frosty. Dink LOVED it so much that he ate it all in the parking lot! When I went back in to throw the bag away, they called me over and said “we would like to give him another 10 pc nugget”. I am so grateful for the kindness and loving gift that these amazing, thoughtful and generous people gave to our little boy. If Dink could thank you himself, he would…and then beg for more of those nuggets! A feast for his big trip! We are forever grateful to you all ♥️

Stood in line for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment of our presence from any of the employees so we left. I understand if you are busy but you should at least say someone will be with you shortly. After numerous bad experiences at the Tim Horton attached to this facility. Highly recommend any restaurant besides this location.

Food was fast, and hot. Waited 30 minutes to place an order at the counter. Was told by staff that taking peoples orders was too stressfull and we should all just order on the app, then the employee procedded to assemble orders for mobile. When pressing the employee that she still hadent taken any orders she requested that everyone find somewhere else to eat. I would not recommend.

Terrible experience, bathrooms were both flooded with water to the point that a little child came in jumping in the pee water on the floor splashing it. Didn’t get to even try the food because we waited for fifteen minutes and the line didn’t even move.

Went through the drive through I’ve been too way too many Wendy’s to know that the four cars in line shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get there food to the point someone who ordered drove around us to yell at the workers, from what I could see there were six employees in one check out window and when I pulled up to get my food the two boys and a girl looked to be under the influence of sonthing lastly the food was cold. Not going back there

Slow service, nickel and dimed us for everything. Ordered chili, didn’t realize it didn’t come with cheese, went up to ask for some and was expected to make a new order for 50 cents. Went to the bathroom, and saw an employee leave without washing their hands, and instead of filling the toilet paper and paper towel dispensers, they just left the giant rolls on the floor or sink for us to use. That just seems lazy.

I’ve eaten at Wendy’s restaurants from coast to coast and this was THE dirtiest. The dining room was filthy. Cheese slices on the floor, the area around the drinks was disgusting. A pile of trash on one table, all tables dirty. A Tim Hortons restaurant shares the dining area and on that side all tables were clean. The iced teas were made wrong, more like a light brown water. My fries were limp and barely warm. My sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. Both restrooms were in bad shape. The cashier was friendly, but somehow our food order was wrong. She fixed it. And here’s the kicker. A stray cat was walking across the parking lot and all the female employees ran outside to see it. The one male employee stayed at his post. When they came running inside, they nearly ran me over as I exited the restroom. Where was the manager? This situation was not because they were short on help. They had plenty and they weren’t very busy.
