Stopped in for a bite while waiting on my oil change. No line at 3pm. Busier now within 15 min .
Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss double burger, med fries and med drink. It came out in less than 5 min and the food was super hot! It was great.
Store is very clean and large. Forgot pics of the food again! But I did get some of the inside and the receipt. Which was $12.14

Sorry no pics. It’s Culver’s, if you’re unfamiliar, try it out. Better than average fast food cuisine. This store on South Neil in Champaign is our go-to place. In fact, we bring a youth group here every first Wednesday of the month, and instead of showing angst at the entourage of 40+ kids after 8pm, the staff is very kind and super helpful.

Never have gotten an order that was wrong from Culvers or had a bad experience in general. This location has now gotten my past two mobile orders wrong. First was a grilled chicken club we ordered with a gluten free bun it came with no bacon nor mayo packets. Now today I got a bacon butter burger with ketchup and mustard instead of mayo also no tomato. It came with mayo and tomato on it, no ketchup and mustard. It was also a value basket that I spent the extra money for cheese curds to which I did not receive. I will be double checking my orders from now on if I do ever go back to this location.

Always good food and food service. The higher end of fast food. Customer service is far better than most. You can tell they put effort into service. Having a dining room attendant to help is key. The custard is delicious!

I typically enjoy Culver’s food and service but this last visit was a mess. We got the wrong size fries, we were missing our dipping sauces and my wife’s burger was smashed with a handprint on the bun (see picture). Not their best effort on this visit.

Not slow and got a good order taker this time. Didn’t get the repeatedly overdone corn dog this time but the chicken strips went over very well with Junior. And my strawberry shake was outstanding.

Today October 1st 2025 I went through the drive thru and ordered a Cod filet sandwich. It was very dry and unseasoned! There was more lettuce than fish and no sauce on the bun! For $7.09 I deserve better than that! No thank you Culver’s
