So this will be unpopular and ill admit that every place has an off day but I did find this Kokomo Hotspot to be less than great this evening. Salad and bread took 10-15 minutes to come out. One of my breadsticks was nearly cold and tough. The “salad” was a bowl of iceberg lettuce doused in dressing with a part of a tomato sliced and a bunch of onion. Thanks but no thanks. I would get the soup next time. We waited forever for simple spaghetti to come out of the kitchen and it wasn’t a busy night by any stretch of the imagination. We’ll come back, this has always been held in higher regard than Olive Garden, but tonight….I wish I had chosen Olive Garden. The experience would have likely been better.

We have been here numerous times and will return again. The service was great and we love the restaurant but the main dishes this time were way off. My wife had the sea bass and it was like no other sea bass we have had….extremely bad fishy taste and really thin with skin on. It was almost like it was the wrong fish…yuk…she didn’t want to offend and have it sent it back so she ate her veggies. I had another fish dish and it had a weird tasting sauce….salad, appetizers and breadsticks were awesome.

My wife and I stopped at Pastarific for a nice dinner after a long day at work. They must have been busy before we got there because the place was a little messier than it was on our previous visits.
We ordered breadsticks with Alfredo sauce, bruschetta, and the terrific salad. We told our server that we were hungry and it seemed like she got our food to us especially fast.
The terrific salad was definitely the highlight for me, with a great mix of flavors with quality ingredients. My wife liked the bruschetta more than I did.
Overall it was a good experience at a great local restaurant!

The food was amazing. My husband had the 3 way lasagna and I had the cedar plank salmon. I ordered it well done and it was very delicious. Our server Brittney was excellent. She took very good care of us. We will be back in.

Great food and service. Menu is pretty big, has a huge variety. Sesame dressing was good, odd since you assume this is more Italian fare. It had a lot to choose from, I loved the sausage potato soup, and the bread is SOO good! Every other person in our party got pasta and it looked delicious! Next time!

This was my first visit but certainly will not be my last. Met old friends on my way through town for an impromptu meal. Service was attentive while allowing us to visit and linger. I was surprised at how good the wings we split as an appetizer were. And the pizza is top notch. I look forward to returning.

Last Thursday we had our Jarrell Ortho staff Christmas party in the private banquet room. From start to finish we had the best experience! Kelly was amazing with communication in helping to plan the event! She took the time to explain in detail what all would be included & even took the time to customize our menu’s with our office name on them! The room was fully decorated for Christmas which made for great office pics! Cam was our server and was amazing! His attentiveness was next level! All of our food came out in a timely manner & was fresh and delicious! Top notch service! We will be planning more office events with this establishment for sure! Thanks so much for everything!

Whatever has changed is definitely not the same I took two new business clients in Tuesday this week at 11 am for lunch the lasagna was delicious but the bread sticks has changed no doubt the worst breasticks ever. I am 100 percent sure they have changed they are not the same as they were last summer they taste like they came out of a frozen package at Walmart. Sorry but your bread sticks are nasty now

My family and I visited your restaurant on October 10th for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing compared to what we’ve come to expect from your establishment.
There were six of us total, and the restaurant wasn’t very busy only a few tables were occupied. Despite that, it took about 30 minutes for our salad and breadsticks to arrive. The breadsticks were broken in half, and there were only six total (three full ones). My salad was dry, and when I asked for extra dressing and more breadsticks, the dressing didn’t arrive until the entrées came out about 20 minutes later at which point my food would have been cold if I had waited to eat my salad.
My brother didn’t have a fork or pepper flakes when his food arrived, and it took another 15 minutes for the server to bring the utensils and breadsticks, plus another 10 minutes for the pepper flakes. By that time, their food was cold. We also never received any drink refills during the entire meal.
When we asked for the checks, ours came to about $100 (for two adults and two kids), and my brother’s was $43.98. When the server brought him his change, she only returned $9 — essentially keeping the rest as a tip until she was called out on it.
We’ve always loved this restaurant, but the quality of both the food and service has gone downhill. This visit was the worst experience we’ve ever had there, and it has unfortunately left us not wanting to return.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously so that future guests don’t have the same experience

Imagine if Olive Garden was actually good. It would be this place. It started off with one of the best Old Fashioned cocktails that I have ever had. Continued on with a great salad and bread sticks. The baked ziti was absolutely phenomenal.
They get very busy,so, get reservations if you’re going to be there during peak hours. Despite the crowd, I felt that the service was very efficient. It was certainly friendly and attentive.
