Food is decent, but it took too long for me to get my chicken cantina burrito TOGO. Whoever is managing how orders are prioritized should be fired immediately given how poorly service is run.

The food at this Taco Bell location was consistently delicious-hot, fresh, and tasty, which keeps me coming back.
Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Despite three employees being present, no one greeted or
acknowledged me when I walked in, and I had to repeat my order multiple times before it was taken correctly, which was frustrating. While the food quality is great, the indifferent attitude and lack of basic hospitality from the staff really hurt the experience. A little more attentiveness and friendliness would make a big difference. Hopefully, management takes note and improves customer service.

The lady who took my order at drive through was very polite, patient, and professional. She made the process easy and pleasant, answered my questions clearly, and ensured everything was correct. Her kind attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit much better.

Coming two times in this Taco Bell so first time they do I am doing a Taco Bell vegetarian with beans so they give me a chicken taco and second time today. I’m just before two minute. I am ordered beans wrapped and they give me a beans taco. I don’t know why they do like that please change the staff if the owner and manager sees my review, please hire a good staff. It’s a waste of a lot of time and waste of money of customer.

Some of us actually enjoy hot sauce, and when we specify on our order that we want 8 Fire and 2 Diabo, then that’s what we both paid for and expect. What we got was 3 Mild sauces. You guys are making more money than ever. Don’t let your customer service go down the drain just because your company is required to pay you more. Doing ao will put your company out of business.

They make the food quickly, and I’m standing there staring at it in the pickup area waiting to grab it, but it takes no joke anywhere from 5-15 mins of waiting just for someone to hand it to me. The food itself is fine though, good value.

I love Taco Bell, it’s always good, but this was actually nasty. Hard cold chalupa with barely any meat,tomato,or cheese. Half of the wrap is completely empty, burrito is the same thing and also burnt. Won’t be coming back to this location

This is my go-to Taco Bell. The food is exactly what you’d expect — if you like Taco Bell, it hits the spot; if not, this won’t change your mind.
What makes this location stand out is the service. Sumaria (and another friendly guy whose name I didn’t catch) always go above and beyond. Another reviewer mentioned her too, and I can absolutely vouch for their experience. She’s the reason I pass up the Taco Bell by my work and drive here instead.
Corporate, take note: Sumaria is the kind of employee every company in the service industry wishes they had. As a retail store manager, if my store weren’t an hour drive away, I definitely would’ve tried to recruit her.
Thanks to her genuine, beaming smile, and outstanding service, coming here feels more than just a fast-food stop. I keep coming back every week, despite what it’s doing to my waistline…

Wife went through the drive thru and got my half of the order wrong. I drove back and went inside. Older Filipino woman said my wife ordered wrong!
Manager listened and agreed to remake the order. Everything seemed correct at a glance only to get home and… WRONG AGAIN. IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAY!

Painfully slow! Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Order is correct 75% of the time. Staffed mainly by high school aged kids and the elderly.
Also the dining area is usually messy. Be prepared to clean your own table.
