They take forever to cook something simple and most are not polite at the window. No thank you no nothing. The tomatoes were the ends and the picture shows good slices of tomatoes. Management must really suck for nobody to care in this business. The order was a sandwich combo with two orders of tacos and I only got one order. I just don’t understand how you can screw up an order and drive-through when there’s nobody in the parking lot and nobody in line. If I could review this with no stars, that’s how it would go. I’ve even made an order on the app and when I pulled up 15 minutes later, they pulled me to the front and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for a breakfast meal.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for about two minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally did, the employee just said, ‘what do you want.’ No greeting, no professionalism, nothing.

We only came for milkshakes and, surprise surprise, they ‘don’t have any.’ This seems to happen constantly at night, which honestly makes it feel like employees just don’t want to make them. Meanwhile we could literally see multiple employees standing around in the lobby talking while we sat at the speaker being ignored.

After reading the reviews for this location of Jack in the Box, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. There are tons of one-star reviews complaining about the exact same problems—slow service, rude employees, and constantly being ‘out’ of items. Management seriously needs to address what’s going on at this location.

If the staff spent half as much time doing their jobs as they do standing around chatting, maybe customers wouldn’t be waiting minutes just to be greeted with attitude and excuses.

I wanted to give it one star but the cashier did look like he was trying. As soon as I pulled up to order, he rambled off 10 things that they were out of. Fortunately all I wanted was a burger ala carte, but that took forever! What has happened to good customer service and satisfaction. I tried to come back after 3 years away, now I know why. DO better JIB.

I like the butter jack burger wen it’s juicy & not ovr cooked. L loaded mini tacos are really good & spicy enough 4me, they had potato wedges 4a lil while but they stopped so big ‘s dwn 4 that. Need to bring those bk.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff, super friendly, but the product they are putting out, not so good. A $5 burger that you’d think would be a lil more presentable but looks like a$$. The meat lovers burrito… almost $5 as well and this is what you get. Avoid this place at all costs. Clearly the owner and management has no plan in place to fix these issues as it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Drive a couple extra miles and visit ANY other fast food restaurant.

Today i wanted breakfast and it is 6 am and i go through the drive through and they asked me for my name and i asked them i am ordering and they told me their are not cooking orders what kind of restaurant are they trying to run… then the poor service they provide is unbelievable because i passed through and i saw 4 crew member in there phone just not doing anything for just have them being paid to not do anything not even cook for the restaurant that eventually it is a restaurant

One thing is guaranteed here, Poor service, consistently, over many years. I like Jack in the box so I always try to give this location a chance when I can. They fall flat on their face every time. “We’re out of buns, no ranch, oops, forgot xyz….” “Ownership” needs to put their big boy pants on and start taking ownership of this joke. WAKE UP! LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS! If you can’t run a fast food restaurant, then STOP. LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER WHO KNOWS. I’m embarrassed for you.

Drove through for lunch, and the lady in the drive through was completely rude and impatient. “Anything else” after every single thing spoken. For ordering 3 meals the sighing and attitude was ridiculous. I didn’t choose for you to work at here. You choose this job if you don’t like it maybe don’t work in customer service. But rushing and being rude to people at a job of your choice is wild behavior.

OK, it’s Jack-in-the-Box. Not a Michelin star restaurant. The food is on point with the brand. The dining room is exactly what you would expect from Jack-in-the-Box.
Where this particular location stood out is the employees. Especially the front register girl today at 3:30 PM. Thank you, you were all so personable and wonderful. It was great to stop in and get my lunch!

The place smelled like mop water that hasn’t been changed in 2 weeks. I went in for breakfast and they were out of sausage, like completely out. And 95% of their breakfast menu was something with sausage. I don’t know if this is a plot by the employees to shut the place down, but its working. If that’s the case, you need to listen to your employees and make this right because you can’t have a business without them.
