As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Good burgers Deals and Good milkshakes, I go there every week or so to get my burgers and fries fix some cashers have attitudes Everytime I go there but there’s a server named SHERRY that’s why I gave five star service she’s a sweetheart does her job well with patients and a smile. My sister had went here not too long ago to pick up some ice cream for my nephew, when she got there there was two ladies at the register who had an attitude about a worker’s car being in the driveway saying that “She had to prep early and that she can’t move her car out of the driveway!” which is understandable, but just because you had to open and prep early doesn’t mean that you can’t do a simple task. The second time she had went she had got a Fry Lover’s Burger, a 2 for 5$ meal, and a Hotdog for my nephew. She had end getting some extra things which personally she didn’t mind, though in one of the drinks that she ordered (a Sprite) had a dead gnat on the side of the cup which is utterly disgusting and for that I would like a refund or some type of coupon that works for more than that specific location. The atmosphere was.. okay. The tap scanner to pay for ur meal was broken and one of the workers had to bring her phone to the back, no shade but that’s kind of weird. Anyways, horrible experience, we’re never coming back to this place again.

This was definitely the worst place Ive been to like ever. me and my bf got a chicken and fries box, loaded fries, the new pub burger and a strawberry shake. They forgot my whole burger and almost forgot the shake(which was the wrong size we ordered a large and it was definitely not a large) and when i went back to get it he threw it out the window at me. when i got home to eat it, the onions were barely fried, still pale. there was absolutely no bacon and maybe a dime size amount of the beer cheese if thats what it was(it was cold and i live 3 mins away). very dissapointed with the food and service from this place. and the checkers app where I placed the order has no way of refunding or even viewing past orders. ridiculous.

I love checkers. I think they’re the most reasonably priced out of all the fast food businesses. I don’t appreciate the looks this lady was giving me because they were clearly overwhelmed with how busy they were and they made a mistake. They fixed the mistake, but I still don’t appreciate the tone and the look this lady was giving me because she was busy. It’s very easy to change somebody’s day in a positive or negative way so I would just like you to reconsider how your interactions with a customer could leave them feeling after they leave your restaurant.

Whomever is in charge of staffing these restaurants from management to shift employees- needs to get it together. A store running all day on TWO people. On a Friday. This is the problem of the owners. Learn to truly care about your business!! It’s not just a passive money pot. Find a manager who actually cares and they will create a team that doesn’t quit. The absolute, and I mean absolute worst Checkers I’ve ever had. The pop was out of syrup. The chicken was hard as a rock, cold, and flat as a pancake, fries not hot. Three strikes on one meal!!! I feel like you guys owe me another combo meal. Was actually terrible.

Horrible!!! I ordered a #2 and the sandwich was the size of a McDouble , and the fries were cold and so greasy & soggy I couldn’t eat them. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was fried in old grease and the chicken was hard & greasy.
