Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant truly impressed us during the busy dinner time rush. Despite the crowd, we were seated quickly and served drinks, chips, and salsa in no time. The menu offers a wide range of options, from simple Mexican cuisine to traditional classic dinner selections. The flavors were fantastic, and our waiter was super friendly. We ordered classic dinners and added tacos on the side, which have now made it into our top 5 favorite tacos. Although I review a lot of Mexican places, Jalisco’s has earned a spot in our must-dine rotation. Great job!

Classic family style restaurant with surprisingly good chips and salsa. Bottomless, apparently, I had little room for my entree – more leftovers! Between my wife and I, we are the leftovers for two separate meals, almost as good as when served hot at the restaurant.

They did have vegetarian options, being able to substitute whole black beans in for the refried. They have some interesting dishes with pineapple. The food was not very spicy, but did have lots of flavor.

Ordered a margarita and was brought one of those commonality large glasses. They do not slump on the liquor. Only complaint is that it was a bit too sweet for my tastes.

Hands down best place to eat in Salina. Not only is the service excellent but the waiters/waitresses are so beyond friendly and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. The food exceeded my expectations. The flavor they put into every meal, the meat seasoned perfectly, and the wait was not long with a full house. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a group of 6 and gotbrightbin for supper. The rest of my group enjoyed their meals. I ordered a burrito that came with rice beans and quaq salad. To my suprise when i got it the burrrito had the rice and beans wrapped up in the burrito. I cant eat the rice so it ruined my meal, when I brought this to their attention ivwas told that rice and beans came on the burrito. The menu was not clear and pictures of other platters had the rice and beans seperate. I originally heard about the fish tacos but thebwaiter claimed yhey had never ever served fish tacos???

We are not local, but decided to stop by Jalisco based on reviews. Pulling in the place looked packed, which was a good sign, but almost made me consider somewhere else thinking the wait would be long. We were seated immediately and recieved prompt service.

I ordered the special of the night, Carne Con Pollo, and my wife got the chicken chimichangas. We ordered a large pitcher or margaritas. Man, everything was great, and it was nice to get margaritas where you could actually taste the tequila.

Prices were great and so were the flavors. Be sure to ask for the hot salsa.

My burrito came with a hole in the top like someone had pushed their finger into it. And there was a hair in the sauce.

The men’s bathroom was horrible. Bars have better restrooms. The toilet hardly flushes, the sink can only drip water, everything is dirty, the paper towel dispenser didn’t work. Makes me wonder how the kitchen is if the bathroom is so bad.

Service was good. Atmosphere was ok, but cramped.
