Delicious food, very tasty.
Except for the chicken wings, the meat is quite dry.
The service is quite slow and great communication needs to be improved. We waited for one of our order, everything came out and we already finished. When we asked, the staff said, “would you like me to follow it up?”. Oh yes! Please!
Then we ordered two desserts, again I nearly finished mine, and we had to wait for another dessert. Again, no matter how busy, communication is best, rather than not saying anything.

The food is absolutely amazing, sashimi is so fresh and mustard is not too much but tastes rich and long melted in your mouth. Cheese cake is a surprise again.

It is overpriced and food portions are not generous, wasabi, ginger are free but it took them a while to come to you, while they can leave them on the table and mayonnaise to eat with fried octopus charged 0.8$ which is very stingy because it will change the taste of kara chicken or octopus. Plain udon costs $13 while it is just max 11$ in Sydney.
Also coke costs $4.5 for a glass which they poured from 2L bottle. With this price I expected a proper can with full gas. It seems everything is overpriced in Hobart compared to Sydney.

As it was our first time here, it was unclear for us on how to order as we were not seated at the conveyor belt. The tablet was quite slow and we did not know if the order came through or not. A little bit more guidance and attention from the staff upon entry would be nice.

The sushi itself was great, and it has some nice options for people who don’t eat raw fish such as chicken and tempura.

Too bad that the wasabi needs to be ordered separately and needs to be paid for. It should be for free.

Reasonably good, food offering was extensive, simple to order over the ipad & service was quick & friendly.
Train was a little bare, hence why I ordered off the ipad & waited a 4-5 minutes each dish.
Good location by the wharf precinct, paid parking near by

Went in for a quick lunch and although I had a ok lunch, I thought the menu selection was relatively basic. Perhaps some temakis. Free wasabi portioned out of a tube was very bland without flavour. Water is self service without a sign. Staff was friendly.

I love a good sushi train. Service was good. Easy to order special rolls/nigiri/drinks etc from the iPad. Some flavors were a little weird but maybe I’m just used to American sushi. The wasabi was especially bland and not spicy at all.

The food is very good. But, I think it would be helpful if the staff asked new customers if they’re familiar with the sushi system. As a first-timer, I was a bit confused about whether to grab dishes or order, and it took me a while to figure it out. Apart from that, the experience was good.

Great food and great service. We eat at Sush Track regularly and are always happy. You can grab food of the track and order. Perfect dining experience.

Food was pretty average for sushi. Drink service was super slow and I asked for some ice which I never received. They made a mistake with our billing but happily fixed it when questioned. Its a cool looking venue in a great location, they just need to improve service a bit.
