I’m soo very happy a place like this opened in Lawton. i would give 5+ stars if i could. the staff are very friendly and the owner cares about the quality of the food. Leandra was are waiter and she was WONDERFUL!! very kind and accommodating. my mom has kidney issues and they were happy to make some changes to the dish such as egg whites and substitute the everything bagel with a whole wheat toast. we will come again and i encourage others to do so as well!!

I had never been to this location and was shopping in the area and popped in and I’m glad i did! The restaurant is clean and trendy. The service was excellent. I was drooling over the menu and had a hard time deciding what to get so i ordered and then got my second choice to go lol. Everything is made from scratch and made to order. The breakfast tacos were soooo good salmon benedict should not be passed up! I will definitely be back when i am in the area! Thanks ✌️

Hatch in Lawton really impressed us. Our server, Reese’s, was the highlight of our visit. She introduced herself by saying she’s “twice as sweet as a Reese’s candy bar,” and honestly, she wasn’t wrong! She was knowledgeable, upbeat, and guided us through the menu like a pro.
We started with the poutine, which was amazing — crispy, cheesy, flavorful, everything you want it to be. My husband ordered the Southern Heat biscuit, and I went with the Classic Plate. Both meals were cooked perfectly and had so much flavor. Portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and it’s clear they make their dishes in-house with real care.
The value was another huge plus. Two entrées, an appetizer, and cocktails for around $60 is almost unheard of for this quality.
The whole team at Hatch deserves credit — everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive without being overwhelming. The staff seemed happy and worked together smoothly, which made the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.
We left full, happy, and already looking forward to coming back with our family. Highly recommend Hatch to anyone in the Lawton area!

Today was my first time catching a full breakfast at the new Hatch location in Lawton. Our greeter Blair got us seated quickly. We enjoyed a couple shots of espresso and one of their Hot Toasted Macchiatos. Good coffee! The Avocado Toast with Salad and the Poutine were delicious! Good sourdough bread and great French fries! Not the typical lifeless frozen fries most places serve. Our server Britany W. (“Country”) was a sweetheart! Great service, good food and good atmosphere! We’ll definitely be coming back!

I love Hatch so much! Everyone here is so friendly, helpful and the food is Fresh and delicious! Takira was our server and she was very helpful and on top of it! The strawberry fields Matcha is my favorite drink of all time! It’s basically my goal to get thru every item on the menu LOL They have something for everyone! Teri was absolutely a delight. My hubby and I sat at the bar and Teri made us feel welcomed. With this being our first time here she told us what the popular items are and the featured items. We shared a funky monkey bread plate and I had a pancake flight of the pina caramelo, strawberry dream and the Oklahoma pancake with a side of eggs. My hubby had the steak and eggs with hash brown tumblers which he said were quite tasty. The only downside is they don’t serve adult beverages when they first open at 6. Only after 8AM. We will definitely be back!

Our Server was Dana and she made us feel welcomed and gave us excellent service. She made sure our drinks wasn’t empty she also recommended some great items on the menu. The toasted macciato coffee she recommended was delicious. My dad ordered eggs Benedict and he really enjoyed it. She also brought us a sample of the cream cheese hollandaise sauce so he could experience it as well. If you ever have a chance to go to the Hatch in Lawton Ok. Dana was excellent. Thank you Hatch for coming to Lawton.
