I went there today and tried to get a dine for two because I seen it on the menu and the woman Gina told me I need a coupon and I was so confused because it didn’t say online only. But she was nice and kind the whole way and she even looked for a coupon for me to use . So I had to order online and come inside and get it and when I did, EVERYONE greeted me and said good morning ! It was such a breath of fresh air to see all black people be so kind and professional.. and the manager Tanisha was very kind as well and helpful! Literally top tier customer service ! Thank you so much

I only really good there for the biscuits
Don’t know really much about the food. Well I ordered chicken sandwich and fries too. Not that great. Wouldn’t recommend chicken sandwich or fries. Biscuits are great tho. Hope this helped you.

She is a light skinned young lady(a little heavy set) . Please don’t take my description insulting it’s just i don’t know her name and want her to get credit for the compliment I am giving her. She was very,very pleasant and very respectful to each and every customer. She is a great asset to this establishment. I hope her manager recognizes this and commends her on her hospitality.

Went again to get some biscuits.
Customer service was great. That’s what I love about this store. Again, forgive me for the description. There was a young light-skinned African American mane with little dread twist that took care of me. This young man was awesome. These people working here make you feel like Kings and Queens. So respectful and polite. I love them for this. We need more employees like these guys. Hats off to the crew of Church’s Texas Chichen at 17495 NW 27th Ave. Miami Gardens, FL 33056

The food was fresh, hot and delish. The drive thru doesn’t usually move quickly but for the fresh cooked food, I’ll wait.
My ONLY complaint is I only ordered 1 piece of chicken, a chicken breast. Unfortunately it was a very small piece. If I would have gotten that piece with a bigger meal it wouldn’t have been bad but being my only piece, it was disappointing. I’ve been to this location several times and it usually doesn’t happen so maybe it’s a one time deal.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, and Mr. Jermaine fulfilled my request for fresh chicken promptly. Also, making sure my order was produced correctly and packaged well. That drive thru window was busy, but they held it down like real professionals. Love that for them. I’ve been coming to this location for over 20yrs and have never been disappointed with the service. The drive thru is awful. Expect a long waiting period. I was waiting about 20 minutes.
The famous chicken sandwich they advertised sounded great however they where out. Call ahead before getting here.

I wish I could rate zero. The food was horrible. Chicken is small, cold and not seasoned. The fried okra was cold and tasted old and the ice tea was not sweet and very weak. They forgot to give me my biscuit that comes with the meal and my cold slaw I ordered. Called to advise the manager, as usual they never answered the phone. Customer service is poor. They are always out of some items you want to purchase or condiments, especially honey. The male employee has poor hygiene especially their hair
