Waited for 5 minutes for 1 burger and a biggie bag. Don’t like the ai menu ordering, but it seems to be fairly accurate. Usually get a double stack ketchup only. Apparently that is a very complicated request. Again, it was a regular topped burger. Made order large sized. Got large drink, but small fries, which were warmer than the burger itself.

Went thru drive thru no response from employees for over 5 minutes drove up to the second window she saw ne a walked alway srill did not say anthing or ill be with in a minute after about 5 minutes finally got a response and told me to go park for the doordash for one coffee it was already past the pickup time i ended up unassign the order your employees need to be retrained on when the beeps goes off thru drive thru to either say ill be with you in a minute or go ahead to proceed with the order. Also retrained on customer service

Apparently the manager on duty doesn’t know what Tomato and Lettuce only is on the crispy chicken BLT. I ordered 2 sandwiches both Lettuce and Tomato only,
drove home 15 mins to find out they still had cheese and mayo on them. So I drove back to the location 15 mins, told him they were supposed to be lettuce and tomato only. I didn’t ask for anything extra even after the inconvenience that THEY caused me. I left and drove home 15 mins to find out he once again put the same ingredients on the two new sandwiches just minus the mayo. So I call up and ask him what lettuce and tomato only mean and has the audacity to say that I didn’t ask for no cheese or bacon….I asked him again what does ONLY mean and he said he wasn’t gonna argue with me and hung up on me. I’ve included one of the second sandwiches and how sloppy it was made. I will NEVER use this location again as long as that dude works there. I included a picture of the bag because your new slogan 100% fits “There was NOTHING happy about this meal”

We love our Wednesday dinners at wednesday before we go to church. They deliver on food, flavor and are on our list of delicious places. I think that the people working there could be maybe a little friendlier or positive. Just saying I know it’s hard to work in these places.But maybe a little smile, every now and then would go a long way. We would never stop going there, though.That’s why I gave the four star rating in service and atmosphere.

Waited 30 minutes for old fries, cold burgers, and a half melted chocolate frosty. When we went inside to check on the frosty, we were able to hear the manager in the drive thru window screaming “That’s why I offered a vanilla!” Someone who blames customers for the store not being prepared or able to do their job properly should not be working customer service. Waste of money and will not be coming back.

I went here to have the caramel Frosty.
The new swirl Frosty…. I swear I could not taste one bit of that whatever it was I had…. I had to go to McDonald’s and get my frappe caramel because I can at least taste it…. Whatever you’re serving at Wendy’s is garbage compared to McDonald’s.

if i could give 0 stars i would the gentleman that took our order rushed us with an attitude then ignored when we asked for the receipt and we asked for barbecue and ranch sauce and we got honey mustard…. it’s not that hard to be patient and listen then you wouldn’t make mistakes. it says the cashier’s name was breece.

Editing my review to say that the manager is a total sweetheart and handled my complaint with respect, understanding, and much more common courtesy than I had in my initial visit. Thank you for taking time for my complaint. You made me feel heard and understood.

Old post: Majority of the staff needs retrained on customer service and how to actually talk to people. When asking if I can make a substitution. I was told abruptly no in the middle of my sentence without being allowed to finish what I was saying. It would have been extremely easy to say “sorry, substitutions aren’t allowed on this meal”, but I was met with hostility and aggressiveness when I was having trouble with the AI. Whoever was on the headset was extremely rude and aggressive the entire time. This has happened one other time I was there with my boyfriend but just thought they were maybe tired and decided to not take it any way. The interaction I had today was completely uncalled for and unprompted. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on guests who don’t know what comes in a meal or that substitutions can’t be made.

Ordered a $4 biggie x2 . One of the 4 piece nugget cup had 1 nugget and some fry’s in it. Customer service is awful.
