I worked really hard all January. I survived the crazy snow storm in Oklahoma City. All I could think of was getting some amazing Italian food. Cafe 7. Hit the spot. It was made fresh in front of me and it was absolutely the best Italian sandwich and the spaghetti was delicious too. Thank you!

I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time and now that we stopped in yesterday afternoon I wish we would have tried it sooner! Everything was absolutely amazing!! We split the chicken Caesar salad and the mushroom soup as appetizers. They were both great sized portion and then came the entree’s. I chose the pot pie while others in our group went with a custom sandwich and pasta. Everything was so good! We were really impressed with everything about this restaurant. We will definitely be returning here often. I can’t say enough great things about it. Also, in ending all staff members were very courteous and helpful with the questions we had regarding the menu. The entire restaurant was clean and organized. Great job to Cafe 7!

Second time here and a great experience. They have a seasonal, pasta, salad, pizza, and sandwich menu. I had a power salmon bowl today with salmon, quinoa, black beans, sweet potatoes, and spinach with a sour cream drizzle. It was delicious! Great place to meet someone and talk over lunch.

The decor of the cafe is amazing, really enjoyed the atmosphere. But we got the Greek pizza. wasn’t great. I’m not sure if they hadn’t checked the dates on their product. But the pizza tasted freezer burned. The Mac and cheese was pretty good though.

First time here….you grab a piece of paper, pick what you want, and go to the checkout….I had the pastrami reuban sandwich. Not much meat…more sauerkraut than anything. Busy over the lunch time. Rye bread was good. Sandwich did have a lot of taste, which was good. Just wish It had more meat.

We all tried each other’s plates, awesome. The garlic Toast and red pepper/gouda soup is stellar. The pesto sauce is rich, bold, on point, and took us back to New York City. My daughter had the Alfredo with bacon and was like a carbonara.
The tea selection is amazing! The bathrooms are clean.
I thought at first this was going to be a fast food Fazolis type place, nope! It’s way better. I got two full meals out of my $10 plate. The soup was awesome. The side pasta salad was the only weak link but it still scratches the itch. The cookies are way better than I expected, very dense and good.

I recently ordered online delivery. The caesar salad went up .50 cents to $8.79, the pasta Maggio was $8.79. Everything was tasty and the meal portions were very satisfying. Even the salad had substantial slivers if Parmesan Cheese. The food was worth every penny!
It’s nice that they have a drive through option also. The bathrooms are clean with easy access to soap. The place has a comfortable casual vibe. I wish the French onion soup was an everyday option. Great little diner!
