I stopped at this McDonald’s location for breakfast on a Tuesday morning around 8:00am. The food was spectacular and coffee was fresh. Customer service was great and only took a couple of minutes in the drive-thru. Definitely will be returning to this location again in the future on my way through the area.

This McDonalds has been remodeled, making for a nice indoor dining experience. There’s a big leather couch with dim lighting overhead, making for a relaxing environment.
They have kiosks inside to order electronically, and the staff bring your meal right to your table. There are staff at the counter for in-person ordering if preferred.
I used the app to secure points for future menu items. The app has great coupons, and you can link a card to pay automatically.
Friendly staff and speedy service. QPC for the win. 10/10 recommend this location.

The fries they serve taste like it’s been sitting out all day. Yesterday was my last day ordering from here they gave us 3 quarter pounders that was super undone and when I called the manager knew the exact order I was talking about like they did it on purpose. This McDonald’s need new management and employees who will kindly serve to all race and not just theirs.

First of all, food is usually good. But the thing is, service took too long, way too long. I needed to rush out to visit my grandmother, plus there were only 3 orders waiting, and plus we ordered first. The atmosphere was fine, but people marking a ruckus, and it was just okay.

This is a mostly drive through store. The young woman behind the counter needs interpersonal relationship skills, needs to smile and pretend to like her job at least while interacting with her customers. The shift manager with red hair works a lot. She is usually personable and has been very helpful when my food is not up to my expectations or standards. As a former McDonalds employee I do know what it is like to work with this clientele. The biggest thing this store needs to work on is following the on screen orders so what we order is what we get, employees need to make the customers feel they are important, because THEY ARE! No customer, no job! Smile, say “how can I help you”, “thank you”, “may I refill that for you”, make sure the bathrooms are clean & stocked, tables wiped down immediately, trash cans are emptied & not smelling of day old grease, ketchup & coffee. Dill the condiments counter up so customers do not have to dig for napkins, straws, lids, ketchup & cups themselves. When a customer tells staff the carbonation to syrup ratio is off for soda or the level of carbonation is not there, believe the customer and DO NOT argue with him/her. Take responsibility and make sure to fix it and make sure your lead is aware of the concern from the customer.

I live nearby and visit often. Sometimes the food and service is great, but if you come during the day it’s pretty bad. 9 times out of 10 my order has been wrong, overcharging me for some item I didn’t even ask for. or I’ll just get someone else’s food entirely. Idk it can’t be that hard to get it right lol.

You know a “good” McDonald’s from a bad one. Hot food, tastes like food, like something you would make at home if you could! Well, this is a GREAT Mickey D’s! …. when they are not busy! The food is HOT and DELICIOUS, NOT greasy.
They have made a lot of recent changes to this location, including new staff. The person at the speaker is UNDERSTANDABLE! And gets the order right on the screen before prompting you to move forward. Which is important because it goes from 2 order docks to 1 lane against the brick wall.
The person at the front window will chat with you – IF they aren’t busy (this has been true across many different of the new employees) – while the person at the next window gets your order ready.
When they are busy, they are a decent McDonald’s. Not as good, not as hot, and you wait longer for it. But doesn’t that happen everywhere?

Ordered a small strawberry shake there was barely any strawberry in it there was some at the bottom of the cup like 1/8 of an inch and rest was all vanilla. Spoke with the manager on duty she said I see some strawberry and didn’t take care of me to make it right. I paid for another customers strawberry shake to compare and took pictures of both side by side drastic difference. No stars for the female manager with reddish hair. I have worked in service industry for over 20 years and this was unacceptable will go in to town from now on for ice cream and food.

The food is generally satisfactory, served warm and appears to be fresh. However, there have been instances of incorrect orders, which is the primary reason for my moderate rating. In some cases, when an error occurs, the staff may exhibit irritation, while at other times, they promptly rectify the situation without hesitation. I appreciate the latter approach. While I understand that occasional mix-ups can occur, it would be more appropriate for the staff to handle these situations with a courteous and professional demeanor.
