Today is Jan 18 2026 and it is 20° outside meanwhile, this location has somebody power washing the drive-through turning the parking lot into an ice rink. Literally included will be photos. I’m concerned with why they’d be turning their parking lot into an ice cream considering most of their client is elderly and come for the free coffee these days but to each their own I’m not a manager so I guess I don’t know
I’m a DoorDash driver today tue. Aug 19 I walked in at 9:06am I was waiting for an order and while I was waiting the man on the register who was wearing a sling tried to ask multiple people for assistance to ring up an item for a senior gentleman each time he was waved away by a manager and a different employee who were on personal phone calls defeated I watched him figure it out on his own. Then a lady asked me what I was waiting for I told her my order number she went and put the order together just to set it down and walk away after another 8 mins goes by of my customers food just sitting there the man she was struggling verified the order with me and handed it to me terrible store do not go here

I can count on one hand how many times I’ve left a fast food review—all I’ll say is that it’s a day-ruiner when you show up for breakfast and they won’t serve it because you’re literally on time. By the time they they had finished a whole internal conversation to determine if I should be served it was 3 minutes past and I left without food.
I get it. Rules are rules. But this is a McDonald’s. I guarantee letting me have breakfast at 10:29 would not have hurt the shareholders.

Just went through the drive-through and this obstacle was in the drive-through and when the cashier was informed about such obstacle, they giggled and brushed it off like it isn’t a hazard to vehicle tires.

The customer service I received today was terrible. Take my order, order extra sauce for my nuggets. I’m asked to pull to a stall while they prepare my food. I do, my food gets dropped off, I ask if I got my sauces, extra sauces and ketchup, I’m told yes, cool, I go home. No condiments at all, no napkins. So I drive back to just grab the sauces, kid tells me I need to pay for them, I explained I already paid for them, then show me a receipt. I said, I can drive back home to get it if you’d like. Kid just stares at me, stomps over and grabs me 3 sauces and says here Why the attitude over sauces, forget it wasn’t me who forgot to put them in the bag. All this explains their low review rating .

I’ve given this McDonald’s location multiple attempts and they continue to fail to meet basic standards. Every time I’ve been they have missed items from my order.
On one occasion they had me pull into the drive through parking and they came out with 3 orders each time that were not mine after I repeatedly told them every item in my order. Which was only fries and nuggets. Then when they got it right they forgot the fries.
Absolutely ZERO effort from 99% of their staff.

We attempted to order in the drive through and were greeted by if we were using the mobile app today. I answered no and then waited in the drive through for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. It was so long that people started driving around to the other lane. Once I realized no one would take my order we drove up to the window to see if they could take our order there as maybe the machine was malfunctioning. It took the worker over a minutes of talking to their coworker before they even opened the window to talk to us. I asked if we could place our order since no one was taking our order at the machine. They both then argued back and forth with each other about who was going to take our order. At that point we just left because it was clear neither one of them wanted to work. Pretty disappointed. I would rate zero stars if I could. No more late night McDonald’s from this location for us.

This McDonald’s location can be inconsistent. At times, the wait to place an order can reach 15 minutes, and I’ve occasionally had to return due to missing or incorrect items. On other visits, my order has been accurate and timely. I’ve also noticed that although the kitchen is fully staffed, the team often appears disorganized and overwhelmed.

Whoever is working the drive thru right now needs better training just kept blurting out “anything else, anything else” over and over again you sound super rude and unprofessional lady. Also they worry about their time so much they practically throw the food at you the caramel frappe was dripping everywhere with the lid halfway off and the double cheeseburger half ass wrapped. Get a different job since yall hate yours so much

Came in for a smoothie and French fries. The “manager” Roberto? And his coworkers were sitting with their friends at a table instead of paying attention to the drive threw. Sat for 5 minutes, pulled up to the window and sat for another several minutes before being acknowledged. They tried to give me the wrong size smoothies and then upon going home I find out that they gave me several hours old French fries. They were hard and completely inedible. Whoever this night manager is, needs a serious retraining and one on one. Ive been coming here my whole life, and I never will again.
