I stopped in and grabbed myself three soft tacos and three crunchy tacos. After eating the first taco, I reached into The bag to grab a second taco, When I found that I was grabbing something kind of slimy. I pulled it out and it was a used glove. I’ve never been more disgusted with a Taco Bell in my life.

On a previous visit, I overheard her speak very disrespectfully to a customer who was still placing her order. Monique told the customer that her food was already made and that she was not going to remake it, even though the customer explained she was still ordering. When the customer questioned how the food could already be done, Monique responded by saying the customer “better know what she wants next time she comes to the speaker.”
As a result of Monique’s refusal to correct the order, the food had to be thrown away, even though the customer was spending at least $50. The only change requested was soft tacos instead of hard tacos, which are not even the default for the combo.
This situation could have easily been resolved, but instead it escalated due to Monique’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Her behavior reflects poorly on the business, and she should not be working in a customer-facing role without additional training or anger management.
They refused to give me a receipt.
I took a bite and there’s sour cream. So on my way for an epi pen. It’s like they smeared it off and said here you go.
I asked if I could give her a dollar for more sauce and she told me to drive around. It’s not like you really care about your drive thru times. Y’all are rude and nasty.
And what’s up with a soggy taco! You should see the oil dripping off the paper.
